Industry Season 3 has officially wrapped production, according to star Myha’la.

“Production has wrapped!” the 27-year-old actor told Decider in an interview while promoting her upcoming Netflix film, Leave the World Behind.

Myha’la Herrold, who more often these days goes by simply Myha’la, has been the lead of the HBO British drama since its premiere in 2020. After taking a year off due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the show returned for a second season in 2022, and was officially renewed for Season 3 that same year. Production for the eight-episode season kicked off in April 2023 in London, and because most of the cast is in the UK-based union Equity, it was able to keep filming during the SAG-AFTRA strike. New cast members this season include Kit Harrington (Game of Thrones) and Sarah Goldberg (Barry).

Myha’la was tight-lipped when it came to details on what’s next for Harper Stern. “I wish I could tease, I really do,” Myha’la told Decider. “But I cannot, unfortunately.” The actor added that she wasn’t entirely sure about the timeline of the production. “I wrapped before [the rest of the cast and crew] wrapped, so I’m not sure,” she said, when asked when production was officially wrapped.

It’s not much, but it’s good news for Industry fans who have been eagerly awaiting the Industry Season 3 release date. We still don’t have an official premiere date, but we expect to see the season in 2024, and will likely have more news on that front soon.

In the meantime, you can catch Myha’la in her new Netflix film, Leave the World Behind, alongside Mahershala Ali, Julia Roberts, and Ethan Hawke. The film will begin streaming on Netflix this Friday, December 8.
