Casey Wilson recently claimed that her experience working with Tim Allen on the set of The Santa Clauses was neither holly nor jolly.

According to Variety, the actress and comedian spilled the hot cocoa on a recent episode of her Bitch Sesh podcast, deeming him “such a bitch” following her experience appearing in the holiday spin-off series’ pilot episode, which debuted in 2022.

“It was the truly single worst experience I’ve ever had with a co-star ever,” she shared, per Variety.

Claiming that she “buried this” until now due to the show’s producer being a “great friend” of hers and her children “lov[ing] the movies,” she recalled filming a scene with Allen, in which she was “supposed to throw things at him” because her character “think[s] he’s a burglar.”

“So he’s coming down the chimney, obviously as Santa, and I am woken up thinking there’s an intruder, basically like a home invasion scene,” she said, per Variety.

She remembers “throwing things at him,” and then reveals that Allen reportedly “goes over to the producer who is standing four feet from [her].”

“[He] goes, and I hear him, he goes, ‘You gotta tell her to stop stepping on my lines,’” she explained. “The producer turns to me with horror on his face and has to walk one foot to me and he goes, ‘Um, Tim would ask that you stop stepping on his lines.’”

She noted that “everybody was walking on eggshells” and “people just looked frantic” around him on set, saying that “when he was done, he was so fucking rude.”

“Never made eye contact, never said anything,” she said. “It was so uncomfortable.”

According to the outlet, another instance she mentioned on the podcast was Allen leaving the set after they just filmed a shot she was blocked in, and not letting anyone know.

“It’s at the end, and Tim Allen goes, ‘Leaving!,’ takes his Santa cape, picks it up and drops it on the floor and walks out,” she shared, adding that they eventually “hustle in his stand-in,” who she described as a “lovely man, who was much nicer to act against.”

She continued, “People are scurrying to pick up his velvet Santa coat. He’s a bitch. And this is the best… I will not say who said this. This was someone that I do not know, perhaps in the crew. [He or she] breezes past me and just goes, ‘You’re seeing him on a good day.'”

Decider reached out to Allen’s representative for comment, but did not hear back in time of publication.

The sophomore season of The Santa Clauses, which aired its final episode Wednesday, welcomed stars Gabriel Iglesias and Eric Stonestreet to the cast.
