Jason Momoa‘s appearance of The Kelly Clarkson Show this week was a little too hot for TV, thanks to some gyrating and thrusting that needed to be reined in.

The actor was on Kelly Clarkson‘s talk show to discuss Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, and his segment featured a couple of behind-the-scenes videos from the movie set that were a little risque. The first showed Momoa and his co-star Patrick Wilson engaging in a dance-off. While Wilson opts for some classic ’90s dance moves, Momoa is seen straddling his Aquaman triton and grinding on it in the clip.

A moment later, Clarkson showed another behind-the-scenes moment of Momoa straddling a saddle to train for a scene in the movie, which Momoa then starts to writhe around on. (Jeez, buy a saddle a drink first, Jason!)

“What… training was that for?” Clarkson asked Momoa.

Momoa replied, “That’s how you go faster,” illustrating the move to her in-person by moving his pelvis back and forth quickly. “If you want to slow it down, you gotta be going like that,” he said while slowly grinding on the couch as the audience whooped at the sight.

Clarkson laughed before changing the subject quickly. “There was a really awesome Aquaman suit in this one – did you like that transition for daytime? Look, I didn’t know how to segue!” she said while laughing and clearly trying to keep the mood PG-rated.

I don’t know, normally I’m a huge fan of Kelly Clarkson, but really, how dare she?
