‘Dance Moms’ Star Abby Lee Miller Criticizes “Pigeon-Toed” Taylor Swift’s Dancing, Says Travis Kelce Is “A Much Better Dancer”

The haters gonna hate (hate, hate, hate, hate). While chatting on her Leave It On the Dance Floor podcast, dance instructor and choreographer Abby Lee Miller criticized Taylor Swift‘s dancing skills — or lack thereof.

The Dance Moms star sat down with guest Crystal Hefner, a model who was married to the late Hugh Hefner, when she made the bold decision to lay into Swift’s moves.

“Taylor Swift is pigeon-toed,” she declared. “And her boyfriend is a much better dancer. Let’s leave it at that. He’s a great dancer.”

Miller was clearly talking about Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, whom the singer has been dating for several months now. She later shared a clip of the conversation to TikTok, where she further gushed over Kelce’s dancing in the caption.

“I’ve seen clips of @Taylor Swift’s boyfriend, @Travis Kelce, dancing it up both on the field and off,” she wrote. “I think he’s a natural! Most football players like to show off! He’s a showman with swagger at heart!”

As for how Swift can brush up on her own skills, Miller said she thinks it’s “too late” for the record-breaking artist.

“I don’t think she’s worried about it. I don’t think that’s her top priority right now,” she pointed out. “However, I think she probably does think that she should have danced as a kid. You know, they had her slumped over that guitar playing.”

Meanwhile, droves of Swifties took to the comments section to slam Miller for daring to cross their mother.

“I would love to see Abby Lee Miller run on a treadmill for 3 hours every day for six months, then perform, dance, and sing every weekend for 2 years,” one wrote in reference to Swift’s grueling tour training routine, while another added, “Oh my gosh! That lady is right out insane.. Believe me, it doesn’t cross her mind that she thinks [she] should have danced.”

A third person said, “Abby you have big balls commenting on Taylor Swift’s dancing ability,” before someone else commented, “Who gives a F if she’s pigeon-toed?? Being ‘slumped’ over that guitar made her a billionaire. Ugh.”

A fifth person chimed in, “Sure Abby you’ll never be as successful as Taylor Swift. There’s no need to bash her,” and another fumed, “Abby Lee Miller has the most internalized misogyny I have ever seen in a woman.”

Swift’s ongoing Eras Tour, which is the highest-grossing concert tour of all time, has thrust her into billionaire status — so we’re sure she’ll be able to shake this one off.
