Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes are sharing all the dirty deets of their intimate preferences — such as their mutual enjoyment of “post-workout sex” and “shower sex.”

Earlier this week, OkCupid Global Communications Director Michael Kaye administered a compatibility test to the couple on an episode of their Amy & TJ podcast. After reviewing their separate questionnaires, Kaye said, “There’s a lot in the bedroom and out of the bedroom that you aligned on.”

He continued, “You both enjoy sex more than foreplay. You’re both super into post-workout sex and shower sex, and people — they prefer cuffs over ropes.”

When Kaye asked if the results surprised them, they both replied, “No,” before Holmes added, “We know each other really, really well.”

Robach, who was friends with her beau for nearly a decade before they began their romance, also noted that she has been “more willing to be telling all and vulnerable” with him about her “inner quirks.”

In the end, they scored 84% compatibility.

The podcast episode was released about one year after the lovers were officially cut from their co-hosting gigs on GMA3: What You Need to Know after news of their relationship broke when they were still married to other people. While both have insisted that they were separated from their spouses when they began seeing each other romantically, ABC ultimately decided to part ways with them as the scandal proved to be “an internal and external disruption,” ABC News president Kim Godwin reportedly told staffers in a call, per Variety.

The year that followed their ousting proved to be a difficult one, with both Holmes and Robach turning to alcohol to cope with losing their jobs.

“I didn’t have a job to go to and I was away from a lot of friends and family. We were laying low. So what did I do? I drank a lot,” Robach said on Thursday’s (Jan. 11) episode of their podcast. “A lot more than I ever have. I don’t think I have ever gone a full year where I drink every single day and that was 2023 for me.”

Robach admitted she was consuming “over 30 drinks a week,” while Holmes one-upped her when he said he could “easily go through 18 drinks” a day.

Now, the podcasters are staying away from alcohol altogether as they participate in Dry January.

“I don’t know that I would have felt comfortable or — honestly this may sound crazy — but I don’t know if I would have felt brave enough or courageous enough to say, ‘I am 100% going cold turkey this month,’ if you hadn’t said, ‘I’m doing it and we can do it together,'” Robach told Holmes.
