For those watching tonight’s Emmys, Pedro Pascal took the stage, with his arm in a black sling, to present the award for Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series, seemingly taking a shot at Kieran Culkin. However, a portion of his intro was mysteriously censored, but certainly garnered a lot of laughs from the audience. What was he saying?

The Last of Us star cut right to the chase about his arm, quipping that prior to listing the nominees, he’d “like to take just a second and make this about” himself.

“A lot of people have been asking about my arm. It’s actually my shoulder,” he explained.

He then noted that “tonight is a perfect time to tell everyone that Kieran Culk —,” prior to being boldly bleeped.

The camera then cut to Culkin to capture his priceless reaction. Eventually, the two actors — Culkin in his seat, and Pascal onstage — broke out into laughter.

SO WHAT DID PEDRO PASCAL SAY AT EMMYS TO KIERAN CULKIN THAT GOT CENSORED?!?

Fortunately for curious viewers, an uncensored recording has been shared on X (the platform formerly known as Twitter), that revealed that he actually said, “And I think tonight is a perfect time to tell everyone that Kieran Culkin beat the shit out of me.”

At last weekend’s Golden Globes, the two stars engaged a hilarious interaction, which took place during Culkin’s acceptance speech for Best Actor in a Drama Series.

“Suck it, Pedro. Sorry,” he teased his fellow nominee. “Mine!”

While the speech was likely censored due to profanity, fans online have already lauded Pascal and Culkin for having the “best moments ever,” noting that “WE are the true winners of this award season for getting pedro pascal and kieran culkin’s friendship actually.”
