The drama on The Real Housewives of Miami might be consuming our minds — but it sure isn’t bothering Dr. Nicole Martin, who would be damned if she let Alexia Nepola and Marysol Patton live “rent-free” in her head.

The three women have been at odds ever since Martin’s Mamacita luncheon, which has since been dubbed the “Mother’s Day Massacre.” When Nepola and Patton saw Ana Quincoces’ name on the table, they immediately came after Martin — even though Adriana de Moura was the one who invited the ex-RHOM star to air out some rumors about Nepola. While the trio hugged it out during last week’s episode, Martin told us she was still hoping to “clear the air and get to the bottom” of the feud at the Season 6 reunion.

Elaborating more on her turbulent relationship with Nepola and Patton, Martin added that she’s “tired” after “three years of them trying to villainize” her, speculating that, at this point, they “hate me for the sake of hating me.” Plus, when it came to Nepola’s assumption that Martin doesn’t like her because she reminds her of her own husband Anthony — a “frustrated attorney” — Martin said the reality star is “giving herself way too much importance.”

While Martin is ready to move on from her beef with the dynamic duo, other tensions boil up during the group’s Mexico City trip, which will air on tonight’s episode. According to the anesthesiologist, the trip was “so intense from the moment we get off of the plane to the moment we leave.” Keep reading for our full interview with the Real Housewives of Miami star.

DECIDER: You announced you’re having a girl. What was your reaction, Anthony’s reaction and Greyson’s reaction to the news?

DR. NICOLE MARTIN: When I first got pregnant with Greyson, I really wanted a little girl. I think every woman wants a little girl to dress up and have a little doll. But then I had Greyson and honestly I love being a boy mom. He’s so sweet. He’s so loving. I kind of was like, “I’d be OK with another boy.” But you know what? It is nice to have the pair so I get to know each – having one of each.

Anthony totally wants a little girl, so he’s over the moon. And Greyson thinks it’s great because he doesn’t have to share his toys. He said, “Girls play with Barbies. I play with Transformers. So she doesn’t have to touch my toys.” I was like, “No, I don’t think that’s the way it works but sure. We’ll let you keep thinking that.”

I just want to get this out of the way. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star AnneMarie Wiley responded to you for calling her out for her treatment of Sutton Stracke and her esophagus issues. She called you “clout-chasing” and claimed she reached out to you but never heard back. What do you say to that? And have you talked to her at all?

The only reason I responded was because I got bombarded with messages and tweets about what I thought [of] the situation. I thought I gave a very professional response. I didn’t question her medical knowledge. I just said, “You know, I think as medical professionals, we have to respect patients and it’s not our place to judge or gaslight them.”

She didn’t like it. But let’s be honest. Clout-chasing? That’s a stretch. I don’t think she holds a candle medically, professionally, socially. So I mean, you kind of got to be above to be clout-chasing and that’s not the situation but if that’s what she wants to think, go for it.

Let’s dive into the latest drama with Alexia and Marysol. You got emotional when you found out you weren’t invited to Marysol’s party. Alexia told us that she thinks it’s more because you got caught than because you were upset over the friend group. What do you say to that?

It’s been three years of them trying to villainize and just make me out to be the bad guy and at some point in time you get tired. The footage doesn’t lie. Adriana admits that she invited Ana, someone sent me an interview that Ana did. Ana admits that Adrianna invited her. I mean, the footage doesn’t lie. It’s very clear that I had nothing to do with it — yet they want to make me the villain. So if it’s easier for them to hate me — if hating me makes them feel better about themselves, then by all means, do what you need to do to feel good about yourself.

Adriana finally admits to inviting Ana to your lunch, but they’re still mad at you. Do you think Adriana should’ve done or said something more to defend you?

I think Adriana was a little wishy-washy in her confessional. I think she’s so used to fighting with these girls that she didn’t want to outright own it. But eventually she comes around and she’s like, “Guys, Nicole had nothing to do with it. I invited Ana. Ana says the same thing.” But they still want to hate me for it. So I don’t know. [It] screams jealousy.

Adriana said she believes Alexia is bothered by you because you’re “the real Barbie” of the group. What’s your take on her theory?

I mean, I don’t know. It’s been three years of every single opportunity that they have they take to make me out to be the bad guy. At this point, it just seems like they hate me for the sake of hating me. Jealousy could be one theory.

When we talked to Alexia, she speculated that you don’t like Marysol because you’re still upset about her trusting you the least — and that you don’t like Alexia because she “remind[s]” you of Anthony and called herself a “frustrated attorney.” What is your response to that?

I don’t care enough to hate either one of them, to be honest. I’ve tackled bigger things in my life. I feel like I’ve done a lot of self work. I’ve gone to a lot of therapy and I just don’t let someone live rent-free in my head like that. So I think in true Alexia fashion she’s giving herself way too much importance.

At the end of the confrontation in last week’s episode, you guys hug it out and seemingly resolve things. Where do you stand with Alexia and Marysol now?

I was very honest when Marysol apologized in Palm Beach. I was like, “Yeah, look. Like, let’s move on.” I’ve always I think given Alexia and Marysol a lot of grace, despite the fact that they’ve come for me nonstop for three years. And I don’t have the energy to hold a grudge. I’m very blessed. I live a beautiful life and I’m not gonna waste an ounce of time fighting with these women. It’s just not worth it to me.

From the trailer for this week, it looks like there’s a Lisa vs. Kiki and an Alexia vs. Larsa in Mexico City. What can you tell us about those feuds?

Oh, if you guys thought that the Mamacita Massacre was a lot of drama, you guys have no idea what’s in store in Mexico. It is so intense from the moment we get off of the plane to the moment we leave. There’s all sorts of conflict.

How are you feeling about the reunion? What are you hoping to address?

Reunions are always stressful. You’re basically rehashing everything you thought you got over. So it’s never fun. It’s a long day. I think it’s a 12-hour day of just sitting there and reliving everything you just lived. But you know, I’m happy to clear the air and get to the bottom of the Mamacita luncheon and I really hope that Adriana can own the fact that she invited Ana. Let’s see if these women are really gonna let the truth stand or if they’re just gonna continue to hate for the sake of hating.
