Carrie, Charlotte, Miranda, and Samantha are strutting their way over to Netflix.

According to The New York Times, Warner Bros. Discovery has struck another licensing deal with the streaming giant to shop Sex and the City to Netflix. The Emmy award-winning series should arrive on the streamer in April, the outlet reports.

While the HBO flagship series will also be streaming on Max, the platform will continue to be the only streaming home for its spin-off series And Just Like That…, which has been renewed for a third season. The original show, which ran for six seasons, celebrated its 25th anniversary last June.

This deal was preceded by one made by the media company over the summer, leading Insecure to land on Netflix, followed by fellow HBO originals including Band of Brothers, Six Feet Under and The Pacific.

In November, HBO CEO Casey Bloys highlighted that they “have to be protective ” over their “successful” shows, while acknowledging that “the idea of selling a show outside of your ecosystem wasn’t an unusual idea,” per The Hollywood Reporter.

During a quarterly earnings call with investors on Tuesday (Jan. 23), Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos said that he is “thrilled that the studios are more open to licensing again,” and noted that he’s also “thrilled to tell them [that they] are open for business.”

With respect to other lucrative licensed titles, Sarandos that they “got a rich history of helping break some of TV’s biggest hits,” name-dropping Breaking Bad and The Walking Dead before citing the recent Suits Netflix resurgence , per Deadline.

“We can resurrect the show like Suits and turn it into a big pop culture moment and also generate billions of hours of joy for our members,” he explained. “I think you’re good to remember the studios have always been in the business of selling their content to others, including direct competitors for years.”
