Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak has filed a confidentiality order to keep “embarrassing” information from her ongoing divorce out of the public eye.

TMZ reports that the Bravo star has requested that the court issue a protective order to protect “sensitive” information she’s handing over, which includes financial records. Zolciak claims that the media has been all over her ongoing divorce from Kroy Biermann and have shared “embarrassing info” about her and her estranged husband.

The new documents, obtained by TMZ, reveal that she tried to convince Biermann to agree to a confidentiality order but he refuses, leading her to believe that he could be the one leaking their information to the press.

A judge has yet to rule on the decision.

Biermann and Zolciak have had a bumpy few months, fueled in part by money troubles.

Police responded to a call placed by Biermann and Zolciak’s children from their home in late 2023 when the couple got into a heated argument.

Body cam footage from the responding police shows Biermann calling out Zolciak’s “narcissistic behavior” and accusing her of sleeping with other men.

“Our life! It’s fucking destroyed!” he says. “What don’t you understand? There’s no money! There’s no house! We’re getting divorced one day and we’re not the next! She’s fucking other men! What do you want?”

Another officer then approaches Zolciak, who claims Biermann was “screaming” at her for “two hours like a crazy person.”

“I just want to get a divorce. I just want it to be over,” she says in the footage.

The couple filed for divorce twice in 2023. They both filed separately in May, though they later filed to dismiss the petition after they began trying to reconcile their marriage. Biermann later filed for divorce again in August, claiming his marriage to Zolciak was “irretrievably broken.”

The couple have continued living under the same roof with their kids amid the ongoing divorce.

A court order in October demanded that they divide the home up between the two of them, and stipulated that neither parent can “disparage the other parent in the presence of or earshot of the minor children,” or eavesdrop when the other parent is with the kids.
