Hosted by Ryan Seacrest, the new season once again features Luke Bryan, Katy Perry, and Lionel Richie as the superstar judges, but, sadly, this will be Perry’s final season on the show.

Yes. During a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Perry announced that the upcoming season of the series would be her last.
