Trishelle Cannatella has shut down rumors of a possible romance with her Traitors co-star Chris “C.T.” Tamburello. While they may have looked like they were “madly in love” as they celebrated their big win on the hit Peacock game show, Cannatella promised Andy Cohen that there is nothing more than friendship between them.

Earlier this month, Shahs of Sunset star Mercedes “MJ” Javid — who came in third place on The Traitors — reposted a screenshot of tweets claiming there was something more going on between Cannatella and Tamburello.

“So we all agree [that] CT is 100 percent fucking Trishelle right?” the user wrote, per Us Weekly. “Trishelle and CT have had an agenda against Bravo from episode 1! They [prepare] this shit a long time ago, from the bedroom!”

On Thursday night’s (March 14) episode of Watch What Happens Live, the Real World: Las Vegas alum addressed the claims — and even called out Javid for adding fuel to the fire.

“MJ reposted it, by the way,” she said, before turning to the camera and adding, “Not nice, MJ!”

Cannatella continued, “But no, there’s nothing going on. I hadn’t seen C.T. in 14 years. I’ve known him for 18 years. If it was gonna happen, it would’ve happened when I was single on a drunken spring break in Mexico. We have never done anything.”

Cohen then pointed out that she is also “happily married,” to which the reality star confirmed, “I am!”

Cannatella got her start on reality TV in 2002’s Real World: Las Vegas, while Tamburello made his debut a year later on Real World: Paris. The duo appeared together on Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Inferno and The Challenge: Rivals II before reuniting on The Traitors Season 2.

This isn’t the first time Cannatella has shut down dating rumors. She previously blamed her abrupt exit from The Challenge Rivals II on Tamburello’s “horrific” and “horrible” behavior, adding that she “hated him” at the time, per NBC.

Cannatella has also been married to her husband John Hensz since 2017. Tamburello, for his part, tied the knot with Lilianet Solares in 2018 — however, they separated in 2022, per Us Weekly.

Watch What Happens Live airs Sunday through Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
