Not everyone on this morning’s episode of The View was impressed by Sunny Hostin‘s dance moves. As the co-host gyrated her body to mimic slow dancing from her seat, a confused Whoopi Goldberg asked if she was “itchy.”

The hilarious moment came during a Hot Topics segment about a jealous man on Reddit, who got back at his wife one year after she danced with an attractive stranger at a wedding by slow dancing with his ex-girlfriend in front of her. The man ultimately “realized he went too far,” adding that he “feels awful” and is “getting help for his jealousy issues.”

Hostin, who has previously opened up about her own struggles with jealousy, was unsurprisingly the first one to chime in during a discussion about the Redditor.

“Where do I begin? [The other man] asked his wife permission to fast dance. OK? Fast dance,” she said as she quickly pulsed her arms back and forth to demonstrate. “That’s fine. There’s space.”

Hostin continued, “Apparently, his dance with his ex who he has seen naked was a slow, sexy dance.”

She then began to move her body in slower motions to reenact the “sexy dance” in question — and when she didn’t stop, Goldberg called her out.

“Apparently, there was a lot of close physical contact — especially during the slow dance,” Hostin said as she was dancing, prompting Goldberg to fire back, “Are you itchy right now? Is that why you’re moving around like that?”

Ignoring the moderator, Hostin added, “He says it was probably inappropriate. Yes, it was. There’s no comparison between the two.”

The former prosecutor was hardly the only co-host who felt that way. Sara Haines believed he should’ve told his wife he was feeling “insecure” about her dancing with someone else instead of exacting his revenge a year later, while Alyssa Farah Griffin felt that he should’ve at least kept it at once dance with his ex-girlfriend.

“One dance is one thing. It’s that they were dancing the night away, he and the ex,” she said. “They were slow dancing, they were fast dancing. A long time goes by, the wife ends up in tears and he doesn’t even realize it. That is not allowed.”

Hostin then concluded, “It’s the ‘Am I a jerk’ question? Yes, sir, you are.”

The View airs on weekdays at 11/10c on ABC.
