Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard star Bria Fleming has some thoughts about her Summer House counterparts Amanda Batula and Kyle Cooke.

The married couple has had a rough time this season, with Batula seeming more and more annoyed with Cooke with every passing episode.

On Sunday night’s (April 7) episode of Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen asked Fleming for her hot takes on Summer House, all starting with what advice she would give Batula and Cooke as they navigate this difficult patch in their relationship.

“Listen, you’re too young to be tied down,” Fleming said, drawing a shocked reaction from Cohen and the audience.

It should be noted that Batula is 32 years old, while Cooke is 41 years old. The duo first met in 2015 and didn’t become an official couple until the first season of Summer House, which was filmed in summer 2016.

Despite Cooke admitting to cheating on Batula in 2018, they worked out their issues and got engaged that following September. They officially tied the knot in 2021 after COVID-19 pushed back their original date.

During her recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Batula revealed why she was so hard on Cooke last summer.

“I think with relationships and marriages, you just kind of go through the motions,” she told Cohen. “And I was having a really hard time with Kyle. I was really annoyed with him going into that summer and it shows. He would breathe and it bothered me.”

She added, “I live with Kyle. People love him, he’s great to watch. But I live with him.”

Fleming, for her part, also didn’t shy away from shading Cooke. According to the reality star, he shouldn’t be upset that Carl Radke asked him to be a flower boy in his (since called off) wedding to Lindsay Hubbard.

“Are you there for you or are you there for your friend?” she asked.

Watch What Happens Live airs Sunday through Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
