Brace yourselves for takeoff! Orlando Bloom is taking fans on his journey toward self-discovery in Orlando Bloom: To The Edge, and Decider has an exclusive first look at the first of the actor’s adventures in his new three-part docuseries.

As Bloom details in the trailer, he’s “training to attempt three extremely dangerous sports,” the first of which is none other than wingsuiting. In the new clip, viewers first catch a glimpse of Bloom aboard an in-flight aircraft, taking a deep breath.

On the ground below, we meet skydive instructor Monica Aikins, who seems even more anxious than Bloom is.

“Oh my god!” she exclaims, as she shakes out the jitters.

In the moments leading up to his jump, we’re taken back up to the air, where Bloom is perched in the open doorway of the plane.

“Let’s do it!” we hear a member of the crew exclaim.

Another voice chimes in, “Check in, check out. Go!”

Bloom then takes the jump, and we see him gloriously soaring through the air and down toward the ground.

“Oh my God. Why am I so fucking nervous?” Aikins asks.

However, she’s reassured by another crew member, “You’re not nervous, you’re excited.”

Have you caught your breath yet? Well, you’re in for more exhilarating adventures of Bloom’s, as he faces his fears and pursues spiritual awareness, ultimately learning what he’s made of in the process. His friends, family, and spiritual Buddhist practice guide him toward his daring pursuit of his limits.

But, will he stick the landing? Find out when Orlando Bloom: To The Edge premieres on Peacock on Thursday, April 18. Check out the exclusive clip above.
