John Mulaney has teamed up with Netflix for what the streamer described as a “comically unconventional show.” John Mulaney Presents: Everybody’s in LA is a six-night live series that follows the comedian as he explores the City of Angels amid its annual “Netflix is a Joke Festival.”

Aside from Mulaney, the live-streamed series will also feature a handful of other big names in comedy, such as David Letterman, Jon Stewart, Patton Oswalt and Bill Hader. Stars like Cassandra Peterson (a.k.a. Elvira), Cedric the Entertainer and Jerry Seinfeld will also join in on the fun, per AV Club.

This isn’t the first time Mulaney and Netflix have joined forces. The platform is also home to his specials John Mulaney: Baby J (2023), The Comeback Kid (2015) and Kid Gorgeous (2018).

The first installment of John Mulaney Presents: Everybody’s in LA will premiere on Friday, May 3. The last five episodes will drop nightly from May 6 to May 10.

Since Netflix is based in California, John Mulaney Presents: Everybody’s in LA will be available to stream at 7 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (10 p.m. Eastern Standard Time) beginning Friday, May 3. The additional episodes will also begin streaming at 7 p.m. PT/10 p.m. ET each night from May 6 to May 10.
