You’ve heard of the 12-foot tall skeleton decoration and its new friend the 13-foot tall Jack Skellington that debuted last year, now get ready for the latest take on the spooky trend: the 7-foot tall Darth Vader animatronic.

The new decoration dropped today at Home Depot, just in time for May the Fourth a.k.a. Star Wars Day.

That’s right — this Halloween, you’ll be able to make a life-sized Lord Vader the centerpiece of your spooky decorations. But it’s just just for Halloween, since this Vader comes with interchangeable accessories: a red lightsaber can be swapped with a candy cane one, and the pumpkin inscribed to look like the Death Star can be changed for a Death Star Christmas tree ornament.

This Vader uses the force (motion sensors) to detect passerbys and moves accordingly, waving his LED lightsaber. The animatronic also comes with three different classic Darth Vader phrases and additional sound effects.

We recommend shopping fast — even though it’s only May, these supersized decorations tend to fly off the shelves. And, hey, who says it’s exclusively for Halloween or Christmas, anyway? Have Vader standing guard outside your house year-round; we won’t judge.
