Carl Radke is keeping his “fingers crossed” that Bravo will bring him back for Summer House Season 9, though he also acknowledged that he has “a lot to consider” when it comes to re-entering the Hamptons house that will likely include his ex-fiancée Lindsay Hubbard.

DECIDER caught up with Radke at the People and NBCUniversal Upfront red carpet on Monday night (May 13) — which happened to be a few days after Bravo announced that Summer House was renewed for a ninth season.

“We’ve been through so much together, I’d like to think we can figure out a way to make something happen,” Radke said when asked how he anticipates another season going with his fellow castmates. “I think we all have interesting things going on in our lives.”

He continued, “Personally, I’m single. I’m not 40 yet — I’m still in my 30s. I feel like I’m getting more confident in my own skin without hard partying but still being social and fun. “

Summer House fans are currently watching Radke and Hubbard’s relationship unfold in Season 8, which was filmed the summer before they were supposed to get married. Aside from the reunion, the former couple doesn’t seem to have spoken much since they called off their wedding, with Radke revealing on Watch What Happens Live that he didn’t talk to Hubbard when they recently attended a mutual friend’s wedding.

With summer quickly approaching, Radke admitted that he has “a lot to consider” when it comes to whether or not he will join Season 9.

“I’d love to do it again if it made sense,” he told DECIDER. “I love my friends. I don’t know. There’s a lot to consider still, I guess. But some of it’s out of my control.”

Radke added, “Trust me, I’ve been doing this for the last 10 summers — and eight with cameras — I can’t see a world where I wouldn’t do it again. But we’ll see. Fingers crossed.”

The reality star was merely happy that the show was picked up for another season.

“The fact that we’re picked up is exciting,” he said. “I know there’s a lot more that goes into stuff. Just gotta keep moving on and keep trying to crush life.”

Summer House airs on Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
