Fans of The Witcher can finally get a first look at Liam Hemsworth in character as Geralt of Rivia in Season 4 of the hit series.

Hemsworth replaced Henry Cavill as the skilled white-haired monster hunter after Season 3.

Metro and SplashNews photo agency has obtained new photos of Hemsworth in full costume on the set of the popular Netflix series, which you can view here.

The photos also reveal that the show is for some reason recreating that iconic Geralt vs. Vilgefortz fight in Season 4 with Hemsworth as Geralt. In Episode 6 of Season 3, Geralt battled Vilgefortz (Mahesh Jadu) but took quite the beating.

In another one of the photos, Anya Chalotra can be seen portraying Yennefer alongside an unnamed elf. It’s not clear what scene they were filming, however.

Hemsworth looks incredibly at ease on set, in the same outfit that Cavill wore and sporting Geralt’s hefty body armor in another photo.

The Witcher Season 4 is currently in production and is slated to premiere in 2025.

Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski’s new Witcher book is due in Winter 2024/2025 and The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep anime is scheduled for a late 2024 release.
