Whoopi Goldberg was appalled by Donald Trump‘s new TIME Magazine cover, but one line especially irritated The View moderator.

While discussing Trump’s TIME story, which details his plans for a second term in the White House if he defeats President Joe Biden at the polls this November, Goldberg was incensed by some of the one-term POTUS’ quotes.

“He’s gonna let states monitor a woman’s pregnancy. Think about that,” Goldberg told The View. “He’s gonna deploy the military to deport migrants. And he’s gonna absolutely consider pardoning Jan. 6 rioters.”

She continued, “He was also asked if he thinks there will be political violence if he loses, and he answered, ‘It depends.'”

But one comment in the profile especially angered Goldberg, who told her co-hosts, “This is my favorite, and I’m going to tell you before I say it, that it enraged me.”

Taking a pause, she then read the Trump quote, “‘There is a definite anti-white feeling in the country right now.'”

Goldberg exclaimed, “That’s what he said! You know, sir … nobody in your family was hung. Nobody in your family was chased because of the color of their skin. How dare you? There’s no ‘anti-white’ issue here.”

She then added, “You are perpetrating anti-humanist issues here,” which earned her a hearty round of applause from the studio audience.

“Is he the future?” she then asked, to which View panelist and former Trump White House employee Alyssa Farah Griffin replied that she “wasn’t as taken aback” as she “should be” by the TIME story.

“For the last four years myself, others who spoke out against him, have been saying literally line-by-line what he’s saying in his own words in this piece,” Griffin said. “It is devastating to me that that is not resonating with Republicans, a party I’ve been a member of my whole life.”
