‘My Adventures With Superman’ Renewed For Season 3 By Adult Swim

Adult Swim‘s animated superhero adventure series My Adventures With Superman has been renewed for Season 3. The announcement comes just a few weeks after the second season began airing on May 26, 2024.

On Friday, June 14, Adult Swim announced the return of My Adventures With Superman at this year’s Annecy International Animation Film Festival in Annecy, France. The announcement also included the renewal of Smiling Friends for a third season, as well as the upcoming series premieres of Common Side Effects, Oh My God, Yes! A Series of Extremely Relatable Circumstances, Ha Ha You Clowns, Get Jiro, and Super Mutant Magic Academy.

My Adventures With Superman follows Clark Kent (Jack Quaid) as he strengthens his secret identity as Superman and attempts to learn more about his own mysterious origins. In addition to Clark’s off the clock efforts saving Metropolis as Superman, he works as a journalist alongside his crush, rising star reporter Lois Lane (Alice Lee), as well as his best friend, photographer Jimmy Olsen (Ishmel Sahid). Together, the trio of 20-somethings find themselves while breaking big stories and facing off against the nefarious Task Force X.

With both the first and ongoing second seasons each consisting of 10 episodes, we can expect My Adventures With Superman Season 3 to also have the same amount. Although next season’s exact drop date is currently unknown, based on the show’s past releases, we can most likely expect a premiere in summer 2025.
