After six episodes, The Kardashians has finally delivered its first sister feud of Season 5. While Kim Kardashian resolved her past issues with Kourtney Kardashian ahead of the fifth season, she now has a bone to pick with her younger sister Khloé Kardashian.

So, why are Kim and Khloé fighting? In short, Kim thinks Khloé needs to get out more and free herself of her rigid schedule. But Khloé is perfectly happy being a doting mom-of-two who chooses to stay home with her kids and read them bedtime stories instead of jet-set all over the world.

Kim has been nagging Khloé about her reclusive habits all season long, but it isn’t until the most recent episode (appropriately titled, “Stick Up Your Ass”) that she decides to confront her sister with her concerns.

The Skims founder explains that she recently had an “extremely hard week” and asked her mom to bring her two youngest children, Chicago and Psalm, to school. They were on the way to their grandmother’s house when Chicago put hair gel in her hair — but, being as busy as she was, Kim opted to let it slide.

When Khloé got ahold of Chicago, she allegedly mom-shamed Kim by asking if she could fix her hair. To Kim, this implied that Khloé wanted to let her know loud and clear that the child’s hair “wasn’t washed and it was gross.” But to Khloé, it was just a kind gesture.

“What are we talking about here?” Khloé asks in her confessional. “I actually thought we were good. I did Chi’s hair and then I took the kids to school and that was really it. I had no idea she was holding onto this.”

According to Kim, Khloé’s allegedly poor delivery stems from her inability to live her life.

“Interact with other human beings besides your children and your family all day long. We’re great. I know. But you need some other human interaction,” she says, adding that Khloé needs to “get away” from her kids.

But Khloé declares that there’s nothing wrong with being a hands-on mom, telling the cameras that she doesn’t do anything out of the ordinary. Her kids wake up, eat breakfast, do their hair, go to school, go to an extracurricular activity and have dinner — which, honestly, sounds like a normal parenting schedule. And kudos to her for not solely relying on a nanny to get the job done!

“Talk about mom-shaming. What the fuck are you doing to me?” she says about her sister. “It’s just reverse mom-shaming. You’re shaming me for being a helicopter mom or whatever you want to call me. And you’re claiming I’m shaming you for not being more of a strict parent.”

She adds, “Why are we constantly nitpicking what I do in my personal house if I’m not asking you guys to live the same life? Can’t we all just be, I don’t know, like, the moms we want to be?”

Their disagreement ultimately spills over into their family trip to Aspen when Kim accuses Khloé of not being present at a recent dinner party. While Kim criticizes Khloé for FaceTiming her daughter and mentioning her “schedule” when the dinner was running behind, Khloé claims that Kim was just as vocal about getting things moving.

“Kim’s just trying to be a bitch right now. And that’s something Kim is so good at,” Khloé says. “If she wants to hurt you, she will go for the jugular.”

New episodes of The Kardashians drop every Thursday on Hulu.
