All fans of The Conjuring Universe were excited when The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It was released in June of 2021. The latest installment follows paranormal investigators Lorraine and Ed Warren (Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson) diving into one of the most sensational cases of their careers. A young man is accused of murder, but he’s got a thrilling defense: he was under the spell of demonic possession. Everything starts to get a little eerie and satanic, but Lorraine and Ed are on the case.

The Conjuring films aren’t the only movies in this slew of horror hits. The universe also includes films of the Annabelle series, as well as two outliers that fall into the franchise. These supernatural horror films are all produced by New Line, and most follow the cases of Lorraine and Ed Warren (though the pair are not featured in every film). And we’ve got good news AND bad news for you! First, the good news: According to reports, there is yet another Conjuring movie in the works, tentatively titled The Conjuring: Last Rites (aka The Conjuring 4). The bad news, you ask? The film may be the “finale” of the series, according to an interview The Nun 2 director gave to Slashfilm in September of 2023.

Because The Conjuring saga is a New Line franchise, all of the films are available to stream on HBO Max (except for The Nun 2, which is still on premium VOD for the time being). The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It is currently streaming on HBO Max. It first landed on HBO Max in early June of 2021, where it streamed exclusively for 30 days. Then the film headed to VOD platforms, where it is still available to be rented and/or purchased. As of this writing, though, the film is BACK on HBO Max, just in time for Halloween!

Where Can You Watch The Nun 2, And When Will The Nun II Be Streaming on HBO Max?

For the moment, the movie is only available for digital rental or purchase from outlets such as Amazon Prime Video, Vudu, Apple TV, Google Play, and more. The movie will be making its way to Max on October 27, 2023 — just in time for Halloween!
