The Best HVAC company !!!08/10/2024My man Daniel B came out at 12midnight to fix my issue! Brody is like the four seasons hotel of HVAC! He came out at 1am practically.. when does that happen with any other company?? They were so accommodating!

Leo Hernandez did a great job fixing our house's AC system! Was very polite/friendly and walked me through the issue and how to better maintain my system going forward. Definitely recommend and I'll be using them for my HVAC needs in the future.

Armando was very considerate of the property, friendly and informative.

Service Technician Kevin L Did a great job with his inspection today. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the work that he was doing and why he was doing it. Will definitely be requesting him for all future maintenance calls.

Juan Molina provided excellent service and repaired my 20 yr old A/C unit. He was knowledgeable and kept me up to date on the parts he was replacing.

The person jwho came to our home was Juan Rincon. He was able to explain to me what was done for maintenance. He was personable and very pleasant. His partner was Juancha. He was equally pleasant, helpful and efficient.I can recommend these men and the company they work for without reservation.8/8/2024Ivan Diaz fixed my air conditioning and the service manager Jorge was great too !Brody Pennell is always prompt and efficient. Their service is always beyond reproach.

We had Misael R. from Brody Pennell come out for a yearly checkup on our AC unit. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and pointed out a few things to keep our unit running smoothly. Still 5 stars for these guys based on their professionalism and service.We needed to have our AC & Heating units looked at for regular maintenance. Jaime came out and checked the furnace, electrical, condenser, cleared the drainage lines and changed the filter for us. He was very thorough and took the time to explain to me and my wife what he was checking for and what problems to look out for. Because of Jaime's professional and personable approach, we will be having Brody Pennell out to continue seasonal maintenance of our heating and air conditioning units. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.

Benny Stienfield, my Technician, was very professional. Benny gave my Payne system a through inspection, changed my filter and a failed Capacitor , explained the condition & limitations of my HVAC system. Which I appreciated. Benny was very professional and personable. Very happy and will be asking for Benny when my maintenance appointments come up! He was a pleasure to deal with. Very conscientious.

Juan Molina came out today to assess possible repairs and to give us an estimate on a new A/C system. He did an exemplary job, explaining everything clearly and patiently. I hope, when we have the system installed, that we’ll see him again!

Ashton, Field Supervisor, was great. We trusted his recommendations for a new heating system. He will personally come with the installers to make sure our home is taken care of and everything goes well.He also connected with us personally, so it was an enjoyable experience.Cesar CCesar was excellent. Cheerful, professional, clean, very skilled.He explained how to use our zone system properly. We didn’t know.He re-set things so the system won’t get too hot and we will be safe.Cesar tested everything to be sure it was working well.I give him high scores for customer service.Thank you for sending him right away when our system shut off.April 2024Cesar Corrales came for regular maintenance service. He returned to install a part in the condenser so it lasts longer.With him the first time was Freddy, then Maurice. They also did a good job. They are learning from Cesar.Cesar is extremely thorough, checking every aspect of the system. He and I’m doing a review Freddy even took the top off the condenser and cleaned it out with the vacuum, then hosed it. Amazing!Cesar is so knowledgeable and answers all my questions. He’s also very personable, kind, and has a sense of humor.Cesar is respectful and courteous. He goes out of his way to keep everything clean in the house.I highly recommend Cesar and the people who come with him to learn from him.August 2024Arshag Aroush is clearly top-notch. We were fortunate to be able to have him come.He is excellent with diagnosis. Also very friendly and has a sense of humor. We enjoyed him very much.He got the job done quickly and made his recommendation.

Angel and Anthony came out on the maintenance call. Both were courteous and professional. They took care to ensure the work area remained clean. They took the time to explain the work they did in detail. I was happy with their work.
