Pink Taco on Sunset is a louder, brighter, and vastly larger iteration of Pink Taco in the Westfield Century City mall. It's easy to connect the two eateries though. Ample pink paint, bold Mexican-style graffiti art, and similar Mexican menus. However, over on Sunset, Pink Taco stands in the former Miyagi's building which dates all the way back to the 1940s. Because founder Harry Morton had a bit more history to play with, the space clearly portrays a more rustic vernacular.
PTS, with its myriad of rooms, is coming together for an April 1 debut. No joke. There's a bar downstairs. There's a bar outside. There's a bar upstairs. So you won't be going thirsty here. And, as for that secret top floor restaurant, it will serve as a more chef-driven non-Mexican concept to launch at a later date.
