“Malcolm in the Middle” and “Sharknado 3” star Frankie Muniz is all grown up.

The 30-year-old has just done two supremely adult things.

First, the actor just put his Scottsdale, Ariznoa, home on the market for $2.95 million. It’s very “western desert” in style, all stone and stucco outside with waterfalls with a giant pool. Inside, there are five rustic-feeling bedrooms, seven baths and a home theater (for watching reruns of “MitM”?). Zillow first reported the listing.

Muniz also frequently Instagrams lovely photos of the property — and his sweet dog. PSA: Ducks just may swim in the pool.

He shares the house with his girlfriend, social media maven Elycia Marie.

Muniz’s casting off of worldly goods doesn’t stop there.

And the second grown-up thing he’s doing?

Today, in Arizona, Muniz is auctioning off a 1995 Volkswagen Jetta from the original “The Fast and the Furious” at classic-car auction house Barrett-Jackson.

There is no starting price, and bidding begins around 9 p.m. EST.

Muniz bought the car in 2002 (when he was just 16) for $100,000. It’s signed by the late Paul Walker, and the vehicle is tricked out with a custom stereo that incorporates a PlayStation 2 inside the car.

When he bought it, Muniz told Entertainment Weekly: “The car came like crazy . . . loaded with stuff in it. I don’t even know what half of it does.”

Luckily, Muniz has recovered from both an earlier stroke and an alleged domestic disturbance with Elycia Marie — and should be ready to say goodbye to his house and automobile. Hey, he’ll still have his motorcycle collection to get his adrenaline kicks.

Good morning from my bike in Yarnell, AZ.
