Not only is it even slower, more stuttery, and glitchier now than any previous version, now it's also crashing at every turn. There's STILL no option to turn off the "enhanced environments" so that the rest of us who don't have the highest tier of phone can actually enjoy the game like we used to. I think it's time to hand the reins back over to The Pokémon Company. The games they've made are almost universally praised. Niantic, you've really dropped the ball. Give up.

Ever since the new update, my avatar has disappeared... The map no longer shows any gym/spins, roads, etc. Very disappointed as I have reached out to them 3 times and still no resolution for this issue! I know I'm not only one who has this problem as I have uninstalled/reinstalled, refresh game data, signed out, etc everything I could do... Nothing!

I love playing this when it actually loads....It constantly crashes and it has reached the point where nothing I do will make it work! It's so bad I've been uninstalling and reinstalling it everyday trying to get it to load. It will open, then shut down/crash. It's ridiculous and needs to be fixed... I have barely been able to get on in the last 2 weeks. Not sure if it's an update issue, but if it is Niantic has done nothing to rectify the problem so far....would be nice to actually PLAY it.
