Horrible app. Horrible customer service. I tried to subscribe to the service through my smart TV and could not. I went through this all and was able to get subscribed. After the seven day trial was charged twice. I have not been able to get one of them cancelled. I can cancel one but then I am still out one yearly subscription and no account. I was really not very uplifted at all

Our team requested additional information to locate the two different platforms you subscribed through as you created two accounts. We offered assistance with canceling one of the subscriptions and you have yet to reply. Please respond as we would love to resolve this issue!

Being charged monthly but content is locked. No way to contact anyone and help Center didn't solve anything. Update: Customer Service contacted me via email and they were able to resolve the problem. So I changed my rating from a 1 to a 4. I rate Up Faith & Family 5 stars for the shows they provide and the app but I struggle with email being the only way to contact customer service. They were quick to respond and resolve the issue but communication via email is not for everyone.

Love this app. The only downside I have is the app you download directly to your TV does not include the bar at the bottom to search for a specific show or access your account. You have to download the app on your phone or computer to have this feature. If there's something you want to watch you have to scroll through the hundreds of shows looking for it! Please add this feature to the TV app!
