I've read lots of books on presenting ideas to audiences. Many of these books focus on the content of a presentation, others focus on boosting your confidence. This book is different.

Scott nails the mechanics of great public speaking. This book reads like a good buddy giving you all the insider secrets. The second half of the book has lots of specific points that will certainly help anyone give better presentations. The whole book, however, is very genuine, honest and fun exploration of what its like to speak professionally.

If you ever present ideas to others, I'd highly recommend this book. The mystique of public speaking is wiped away, and what remains is the fun mechanics of bringing your idea to life.
