Greg Gayne/FOXWorkaholics creator and star Anders Holm has landed the romantic lead opposite Anne Hathaway in Nancy Meyers‘ romantic comedy The Intern.
The Warner Bros. film centers on the owner of a successful fashion website (Hathaway) who bonds with the elderly intern her company has hired. Robert De Niro is on board to play the intern. Meyers penned the screenplay.

Scott Rudin is producing The Intern.
Holm writes and produces Comedy Central‘s Workaholics, which will soon begin production on its fifth season.

The actor also has upcoming roles in Paul Thomas Anderson‘s Inherent Vice, Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg‘s The Interview opposite Rogen and James Franco, and the Chris Rock vehicle Finally Famous, which Rudin also is producing. On the TV front, he sold an untitled pilot to 20th Century Fox Studios and his acting credits also include The Mindy Project.
