This July, all roads lead to Rome. Previously, Peacock released first-look images and a teaser for Those About to Die, but today Peacock has released the official trailer and new images for the anticipated new Original series.  

What is Those About to Die about?  

From director Roland Emmerich (Independence Day) and starring Anthony Hopkins, this epic drama explores a side of Rome never told before: the dirty business of entertaining the masses who crave blood and sport. Watch as a world of gladiators, politics, and athletic competition come together as those in power must provide entertainment or risk losing control. Let the games begin.

When will Those About to Die premiere?  

Those About to Die will premiere on Peacock July 18. This summer, this epic gladiator drama is sure to become your Roman Empire.
