This outfit is top notch! They were immediately responsive when I called for a quote. They made sure I understood what they were recommending and even  negotiated with my insurance company for repairs that their adjuster hasn’t considered. They have been caring, considerate and responsive to every need that I’ve had related to getting my roof repaired including working with me on payment of my deductible. I had the pleasure of working with Jacob for a roof replacement due to hail damage. I obtained several estimates from different contractors for the work, but Jacob was by far the most responsive with communication and outlining the process steps.

From getting the work scheduled (was one of the first in the neighborhood), to working with the insurance company directly, to being on-site, the process was as smooth as could be expected. Jacob even patched an area on the roof where a few shingles flew off until the roof could be replaced.  The crew arrived on-time and completed the job in two days.  Working with the PM Matthew was great also.  For the non-dwelling work, the crew even painted another side of the perimeter fence not covered under insurance as a courtesy.
