Typical 7 eleven store. Sometimes creepy people hanging outside or someone holding the door for you and hoping for change but is polite. Wouldn't approach if I was alone.

The workers are nice but distracted on their phones at times. Only downside

I just left here now The two indian men there are very unwelcoming as I grab two vibe drinks one guy walked over toward where I was inspecting the area like I was stealing something. Very unsanitary to by the way the register guy handed me slurpee cups with his dirty cashier hands and put his fingers on my kids for the slurpees I purchase. Unwelcoming is an understatement. This place has gone to shit since the filipino guy doesn't work here anymore. PARENTS AND KIDSBTHAT GO TO THE SURROUNDING SCHOOLS APTOS AND OTHERS DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE PEOPLE OF COLOR ARE NOT WELCOMED MORE LIKE HUNTED WHILE SHOPPING AND STARRED AT UNWELCOMING.

Took my LOTTO SLIP!!! And decided to add their own markings to my slip and tried running it thru the machine!!! Are you fn kidding me on a BILLION FN DOLLARS!!!

0 stars they never give your full online order always missing stuff that's literally paid for. Lazy ass workers bruh

Worst 7/11 out there forsure.
I don't know why I always try getting food here cause each time is more disgusting than the last.

I remember going to a 7/11 near my aunties house growing up and I loved the chicken taquitos all the snacks I would get for reasonable prices.

But this 7/11 has ruined my experience going forward. The chicken taquitos are always hard, I think I got a breakfast one by mistake and it tasted like straight up dirt. And finally I go to get what looks like boneless chicken wings on a stick? I never had it but the label said "roasted wing" so I asked to try one.
Rude ass cashier gives me two for some reason, whatever. I eat one and the consistency is more like a meatball. I don't eat beef... I look up 7/11 website and seen they are indeed labeled ass "cheesy meatballs" I go back to the cashier. He's busy doing something turned away, I say excuse me he holds up one finger telling me to wait. This point this guy is a loser. And I ask what kind of meat is this? Is it chicken or beef? His face went completely blank and said "I think both?"

This guy.. I shake my head and just left luckily or usually a homeless person is always nearby and just gave the food to him. The people running this 7/11 have no business running any type of store.

Been going here over a decade. Associate in the front tried to charge me $5 for a box of Mac and Cheese. There were about 3 people in the front, they didn't have enough time to get up and check the price. Don't give me that 200% markup guesstimation GTFOH!!! They also definitely did not wear gloves when they grabbed me a hot dog. Long are the days when I can walk in here after 3am and hear the Eraserheads and given transparency and decent customer service.

Careful, these guys don't give you the sale prices and deals as advertised.

Every seven eleven I go to they automatically add the deals, these guys don't. Three times I had to make them refund my money for the deal price. When they're scanning the item and I try to put my number in, they press something on the computer and my number disappears then they ring it up and the deal is no longer valid so I have to tell them to change it and they get angry.

One of the guys even told me it's "my fault" and told me to stop going there because I told him it's on sale, fully advertised and he literally told me "next time"... like wtf do you mean "next time". I'm not paying full price now then getting the discount "next time".

I still cannot believe he told me to stop going there because he made a mistake and does not know how to use the computer to fix it. He had to make 2 phone calls to ask his partners what to do and he was upset with me because of that. That's not right dude, never yell at your customers because you don't know how to do correct transactions.

These dudes are tools, make sure you get a receipt and check the receipt before you leave. Maybe they are refunding the deals later on so they can pocket the sale prices they over-charged customers for.

Again, check your receipts with this store, they're doing shady transactions.

All this dude does is sleep in the morning. I arrive at 3am with a "back in 30" note on the window. Ok fine it's the middle of the night I'm doing deliveries. I have time. This dipshit opens the door when the couple that just arrived gets there, I'm now preoccupied handling something on my phone. After the couple walks in and out, (literally in the same minute), he locks the door and leaves the sign up. You lazy piece of shit! You work at 7/11 in California!!! Hello they're supposed to be open and busy all hours of the day.

Good job for getting rid of the last guy. This new guy was nice at first but today I asked him for my pickup order and he said "Give me one moment". He started playing with his phone. I gave him 3 minutes and asked him again. He said give me a moment again. I said what happened to the last guy that worked here, did he get fired? He waited a another minute then gave me my order which was already ready in the bag next to him. On my way out he gave me a slight remark. I checked the order inside my car and he forgot 1 item. Keep an eye on this guy. He might just have a bad day which I understand, but no reason to take out the frustration on other customers.
