Under some extraordinary circumstances, I accidentally went through my door, breaking the wood and glass. Carlos did custom woodwork, extending the window frame and putting in a larger window than was originally there. He did it for a great price, and it was cheaper than buying a new door.

Carlos and Karla were wonderful. They recently helped us install a washer dryer on the second story of our apartment. It was no easy job, but they were professional courteous and did a wonderful job. Also they were quick to respond to messages and kept us in the loop on updates.

It's been a while since my last review and in that time we've prevailed on Carlos & his team on more tasks with the same level of excellence displayed earlier.

- more internal room painting, including some "fussy" three-color work
- wall installation of a TV swivel mount which involved putting in a wood back panel that was perfectly cut and matched to the surrounding book case
- some cement work
- deck repair & staining
- various miscellaneous projects

Always on-time (gasp!), leaves the work-site immaculate, and just a great all around experience. Very competitive pricing.

Carlos and team did fantastic work restoring our multi-story deck in San Francisco - including power-washing, replacing rotted boards, priming and painting one section and staining the other. He was on time, did thorough work over several days and finished the project quickly and per the estimate. The deck was in poor shape with a lot of deferred maintenance, mildew and wood rot and now looks dramatically better - almost new!

Carlos installed a dead bolt on our 80+ year old door. He arrived on time was easy to communicate with and all around just a really nice guy. He repaired the existing lock and backplate making it stronger and better. His work is clean and careful. We're delighted with the job he did and are considering him for other projects around our house.

Carlos does great work, he's fast & reliable. His wife Karla coordinated the communication and paperwork - she was organized and very responsive to emails and texts. They made the whole process EASY. They are an amazing team!

Carlos and his team have now done several jobs inside and outside for us. His rates are very reasonable. He's extremely punctual. His work is excellent - great attention to detail and a desire to get things looking perfect - and the whole team are really easy and pleasant to work with. The most recent job involved replacing a skirting board, for which he managed to find an exact match 18 years after the original was laid, and touching up some wall paint. Both colors were perfectly matched and the seams are excellent. The team worked around our schedule, even when last minute surprises forced a change of plan.

Carlos is amazing, and so are all the people who work with him! If something goes wrong around the house or yard, I wouldn't think of calling anyone else!

In the last few years, they've repainted our Victorian house, inside and out; repaired termite damage in the basement and under the deck; fixed up the gutters and a leaking roof; took down a damaged tree; repaired a "difficult" redwood fence; got rid of nasty closet mold; and many more big and little jobs.

Carlos is conscientious, respectful, and an excellent manager of time and materials. He really knows his stuff!

We have been using this company for several years. They've done a lot of work for us - carpentry, plumbing, electrical, heating, painting, and garden work, from small jobs to big ones, and done an OUTSTANDING job every time.

Carlos and his crew are highly skilled, hard-working, careful, and always willing to "go the extra mile" to do an outstanding job in a way that's as convenient for us as possible. And their rates are competitive - in fact, I'd say it's an outstanding value for the money. I'd give them an A+!
