Hello, no need to install the app ahead of time. We have QR codes at our entrances that you use after parking your vehicle. Thanks!

A:
We currently do not charge for parking or have a payment system. Your vehicle is retrieved using you phone. If you need any additional assistance we have attendants on site.

Although it's automated they were two full-time staff members on site to help navigate definitely fun and safe it's only a one level garage so not a conveyor belt machine! take your car have it parked and watch it get shuttled around the floor.

I called to ask what happens if I don't get back by 9PM. Answer -- we tow the car, no overnight parking.

Super neat robot-automated garage! Free parking in SF? I'll take it. I'm not really sure how long they'll be here, or how they will sustain operations. I guess they are using this as a testing ground?

I park here during the day whenever I am in the area. It is so simple to follow and the service is awesome. I also saw my car get parked by a robot which was soooo cool!!! Nothing can beat free parking in this day and age and I will take any opportunity to not go into a dark basement garage. I highly recommend parking here. I feel safe while parking and come back knowing my car is safe.

I was looking for parking and saw this on apple maps. I would recommend parking here because the people who work here are very nice and the AI who parks your car is very precise on not making any mistakes. Overall this place is something that would surprise you and have you think I should park here more often.
