I'm not the type to go to bars just for the ambience but WOW the drinks are good here. Inside has a wine and cocktail bar, very helpful bartenders and sommeliers. Our curly-haired bartender asked us what we like in a wine and gave us some recommendations, then offered us a taste. We ended up getting their cocktails because it looked like straight out of mixology!
I got the Spring Bling which is their special drinks. It consists of: earl grey vermouth, sake, lavender simple, lemon and a lavender sugar rim. I can never turn down a sugar rim .
Upstairs has seating area with a skylight and so adorable. I loved all the plants in this bar because the air felt so fresh. Also the interior is so cute and the bathrooms are clean.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jul 28, 2024
I organized a private event for my work team here in January 2024 and we thoroughly enjoyed it! We had lunch followed by a Moss Kokedama class, which was much harder than we anticipated, but still a lot of fun!
This event cost us $75 per person for lunch and $75 per person for the class (not including service/tax), with a minimum of 10 people. They don't normally serve food during the day but opened up their kitchen just for our event.
Naz was helpful in the lead up to the event. She was around to serve drinks, bring out the food, and answer questions during the event. The woman who led our class was great and had the right balance of letting us do the work but stepping in and helping when needed.
When we arrived a little before 1pm, the Fern Bar (a private area upstairs) was beautifully set up for our group, the table laid out with plants and glassware, and a buffet lunch spread on a large table on the side. There was also a sitting area and coffee table, which served well for us to put our things down and also display our gifts as our team was doing a White Elephant. Plus, the overall space is gorgeous (I chose this place because I walked by one day and the design really struck me).
There were a couple beers, a white, a red, and a surprisingly delicious coffee/cherry non-alcoholic bubbly wine. It was tart and refreshing, not too sweet, and the cherry wasn't too overpowering.
The food was excellent. I was worried it wouldn't be very filling as it is an all-vegetarian kitchen, but everyone found it delicious. Looking back at the menu Naz had originally provided, we didn't get some things on the menu (Mazze, cheesboard, margherita pizza, dessert), but we did get a couple dishes that were not listed (potato balls, cauliflower)
* Rosemary Focaccia - 4 stars
Springy, soft, and herbacious.
* Salad - 5 stars
This was a persimmon radicchio burrata salad, and it had the perfect balance of ingredients and dressing.
* Warm Naan & Spread - 4.5 stars
The spread was an herbed labneh and that was delicious - thick and nicely seasoned.
* Funghi arugula pizza - 4.5 stars
I don't usually like pizza without red sauce but this was so nicely balanced that I found it delicious!
* Pear pizza - I didn't try this, but my colleague did and said it was great.
* Potato balls - 5 stars
I forgot the name of this dish, but Naz told us it is a Persian recipe. It looked like falafel, but it was made of potato, and it was ever so slightly crisped on the outside, warm and moist on the inside. Fantastic.
* Cauliflower - 5 stars
My favorite dish, this was served with a cold tart sauce and pomegranate seeds (I think!), and was fantastic.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jul 11, 2024
I came here with my friend for a private EA event. The ambiance was a chill vibe. Downstairs was wine bar and food. Upstairs is where we started for the kokedama class. They also served drinks upstairs.
The instructor was moody and not the nicest since they overbooked and moved this private event to a day she normally has off. Also she instructed the class halfway in making the kokedama. Some people were quick so they were just holding the ball of dirt for a long time. The instructor ahoula have showed the demo from beginning to end instead.
The food and drinks were decent. It's a fun trendy hang out spot but it did not wow me.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jun 2, 20241 check-in
Wine and plants ? What more could one want ?!
Two story, trendy and aesthetic wine bar. Lower floor and a couple of group tables and pairs. If you want a quieter vibe upstairs is your go to. Apparently they serve from a different menu which includes flights. Staff were friendly and recommended wines as you go.
I came during the day but recommend coming in at night as the lights inside turn inside and the space completely transforms.
Theres a sfmta parking garage up the street otherwise parking can be tricky.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 43114160Jun 26, 2024
Great place for a date night or just to hang with friends. Chill vibes, good wine, and lovely decor. I recommended coming early if you can to find an area to sit. Got pretty crowded by 8pm.

I was strolling around the area one day and walked by this nursery looking place so decided to look it up on Yelp and bookmark it. Couple weeks later, dropped by with some friends on a Saturday early afternoon for a catchup. We were seated immediately and service was very quick.
They have a decent selection of wines. We started off with a bottle of orange wine and finished with a chilled Pinot noir. Not going to lie, both of these wines we tried were too funky for my taste. On the other hand, the ambiance and environment is absolutely stunning. Such a beautiful and zen interior, surrounded by plants and wood textures. Decent amount of seating and a great place to chat with friends! I'd probably stick with ordering by the glass next time for myself to try more variety and go with something a bit more straightforward like a room temp Cab.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 37568519Jun 22, 2024
Really cool vibe with a great wine selection! The DJ played a lot of R&B classics. Stumbled on it after going to El Techo next door. Super modern interior with lots of greenery. Very zen yet hip and chill. Would definitely recommend.

Chill wine bar in the Mission. Came on a Friday evening with some friends and had a good time chatting and chilling here.
It's a beautiful space that's bright and airy with plenty of greenery and seating. The main space is on the first floor, but there's a smaller lounge on the second floor with additional seating.
My group of 4 arrived Friday 7:30 pm after dinner and it wasn't too packed. The second floor lounge was full, but we were able to find a spot to sit on the first floor.
Arcana is mainly a wine bar, but they offer some simple cocktails and beers/ciders as well. They also have a small selection of non-alcoholic beverages such as ginger beer, which was great for us as some of my friends don't drink. I think they offer some small bites as well, but we didn't look at that menu as we were all stuffed from dinner.
We were hoping to catch some live music here, but at least on Friday nights it's not offered. I asked one of the servers and she said live music is usually on Thursdays and sometimes on Saturdays if there's no live DJ.
I got the Stayin' Dry mocktail for $9, which is made with a hemp-infused non-alcoholic spirit as the base. It was... interesting. There was a bit of a medicinal taste to it (probably from the hemp) that I initially didn't like, but I gradually got used to it.
We ended up staying here for almost 2 hours chatting. It's a super chill spot and I'd highly recommend it!Helpful 3Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jewel P.San Francisco, CA06314Aug 7, 2024
This is pretty inside. I liked that we had ample seating. The drinks were good and the food came out quickly. Would probably go back

Hands down the most beautiful bar I've been to in SF. The interior is so gorgeous and the vibes inside are so good at night. I'm actually not the biggest wine fan but was excited to see that they have a cocktail menu, and also a non alcoholic drink menu!
I got the salty raspberry from the non alcoholic section and it was so good. Very unique, sweet, and easy to drink, although it did come from a bottle. My friends all loved their wines (they have a really extensive list to choose from) as well.
The bottom floor had a DJ and the music was so good! They were playing really good throwbacks and everyone was dancing, which was so fun to see. Upper floor was more chill, quiet, and a good environment to talk in. We went around 11:30 and the whole bar was super lively. Love the lighting, the tasteful decor, and all the plants for sale as well. It's such a cool concept :)
The bartenders are super nice and really efficient. Would highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a fun new wine bar!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
