I've had a couple of my family's phones fixed here. The quality of the workmanship is fantastic, and the owner is really honest about the quality of the parts that are available to be used.

I cracked my iPad screen and took it in to get repaired. The repair cost hundreds of dollars. Before the repair was scheduled to be finished, the purveyor asked if I could pick up the device early as the shop was temporarily closing. Shortly after picking up the device, the screen started coming apart from the device. All attempts to reach out so the repair can be completed have been ignored.

If they had a family emergency or some other reason to temporarily close the shop, I understand, but they should not have taken my money without completing the repair all the way.

Happy to update this review if the purveyor reopens the shop and fixes this unfinished repair.

I met Sam today to change the battery of my phone.
He was extremely accommodating and answered all of the questions that I had. He truly cares about customer service.
Best part, my phone was ready within an hour. I will be coming back to Sam for any future problems I have.

I unfortunately feel the need to update my review. I got my screen fixed here one month ago and was told that I'd have a 60 day warranty for any technical problems that were by no cause of my own, fair enough.

Well, one month after the repair I noticed my phone starting to ghost touch (phone automatically pressing buttons on the phone without any touch of my finger). It became so bad that my phone was unable to be used at certain periods of time because the ghost touch would override my own attempt to touch. I viewed that as a safety hazard in an emergency and also just a huge inconvenience.

I thought this would be an easy fix being that I was covered under warranty and it was obviously a screen issue. WRONG.

When I showed up I was told that I needed to show proof that my screen was ghost touching. I waited around for 30 minutes to see if my phone would start acting up again, just so I could prove that I'm not lying about this. Well, my phone never did start glitching while I waited so I was told I'd need to go home and when the device acted up again, record what was happening on another device so I could prove that this in fact was an issue.

Mind blown! Why wasn't I being taken care of as a customer who was under warranty and clearly had an issue that was by no fault of my own? The business owner was more concerned about getting credit for the faulty screen than satisfying a paying customer.

I ended up upgrading my phone with my carrier and should any phone repair needs come about, I will NOT be returning here.

So... I violated one of life's basic rules. Never set anything on your vehicle even if for just a moment. Overlooking this rule resulted in my cell phone becoming roadkill when it fell off my vehicle while cruising down the El Camino. I thought it was a lost cause, but I got a spark of hope when I called in to Bonjour on the off chance it was repairable.
Sam was very pleasant when I called and I felt confident enough after speaking with him to make the drive over to his location on Irving Street.
Long story short... he had the parts that were needed in stock and promptly repaired my phone to "like new" condition after I approved his estimate. The price was more than fair and the level of service was impeccable.
This will be my go to spot from now on and I highly recommend Bonjour for your electronic repair needs.

Went to Bonjour Electronics to try to get the cracked screen on my Kindle repaired, but the store owner suggested it wouldn't be worth the money to replace the screen. He suggested I just buy a new Kindle. I appreciated his honesty and upfront advice even though it meant he wouldn't get the business. My only concern is that now I have a Kindle that works perfectly, but it's landfill because I can't read through all the spidery cracks without straining my eyes! Amazon should make repairs easier for these machines!

I forgot why I brought my previous phone to Bonjour, but that was a while back. I dropped my new one in salty water and sand at the beach several weeks ago and the buttons got stuck or weren't working, and a rust spot appeared around one of the screws at the bottom. The hubby tried to "fix" it by rubbing the rust spot away and blowing on the buttons but I knew I needed something more than hubby-level repair so I made an online appointment with Bonjour.

He really knows what he's doing! It was kind of a tough job because it turned out there was still water inside and some parts were corroded. He cleaned it up and it's back to working great again.

Lots of gratitude that I can bring my phone to someone trustworthy and reasonably priced in the event that my phone gets messed up.

I always feel nervous going to repair shops because I'm concerned I'm getting over charged. However, I'm so glad I found Sam.

I thought I broke my iPhone 14 camera when I dropped it. I went in to his shop, showed him the cracks, and he said it was actually a cracked camera screen cover so the camera screen is undamaged. He could have easily charged me and said he 'fixed' it instead, but he was honest and simply removed the cracked cover free of charge.

Hopefully I don't break my phone, but if I do, I know who to come back to!
