Wouldn't it be great if the process of buying a car could be as much fun as owning the car itself?
First I went into the luxury auto dealership in Marin to buy a car the old fashioned way. I have bought and sold many cars over the years and I was ready for a bit of wheeling and dealing. All I really wanted was a fair price on a Lexus 300 Hybrid and a good buying experience. Well, lets just say that after two weeks of trying to get questions answered on certain features and feeling like I was doing all the work to get to buy a car I walked away stunned by the disappointing old school style of car selling. Not what I expected from this dealership

I decided to call Cartelligent and met Pat on the phone. I can't say enough about how great Pat was. He was professional, knowledgeable, returned my calls promptly, got answers, and then as if that wasn't enough found us the car we wanted at an amazing price. He even arranged to get the car in one day and helped me create an amazing surprise delivery for my wife. She was blown away when we handed her the keys.
Car dealerships beware. There is a service oriented, professional, customer focused, way to buy cars now and if the word really got out there would be no reason for people to buy cars through dealers again.

Cartelligent is the real thing and Pat was great as our representative. I would even send my mother there knowing she would be treated respectfully and honestly.

I've worked with Cartelligent a couple of times now and my experience has been very positive. I worked with Cassie Shikano who helped find the car with the exact specifications I wanted and also negotiated a good price with the dealership. She was quick to respond on phone and email and patiently answered all my questions.

The car was an in transit vehicle at the dealership but Cassie ensured I was kept up to date with the progress and had some pre paperwork done ahead of time. The delivery was scheduled at a convenient time at their Menlo Park office where Jonathan Chan helped complete the paperwork and ensured a hassle free pickup experience.

Post the car delivery, Cassie followed up to check if everything was going fine. I reached out to her for a post sales issue and she was promptly able to work with the dealership to resolve the problem within a day. I really appreciated this part where the quality of service was great post sale too.

Overall, it was great working with Cassie and Cartelligent and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an hassle free car buying experience with excellent customer service.

Great car buying experience with Cartelligent. After chatting on the phone and through email, Hilary and the team found us the car we wanted, locked in a competitive price and secured the vehicle for us (it was in transit from the manufacturing plant) and delivered it right to our door. We never had to negotiate or speak with any car salesmen or waste our time searching for what we wanted. We were under a deadline to get it before a big road trip and the team stayed on top of it for us so we got it on time. Sooo much better and totally worth the fee to purchase this way.

We'll never go back to the old way of being jerked around by a car dealer again. Highly recommend.

This was my first (and will be my last) buying experience thru Cartelligent. I had heard the they delivered the car you want, at the best price, with high touch service. That was not at all what I got. It was the car, but I am not sure it was the best deal, but the reason for this rating was the poor service I received at every step along the process.
Once my car was located, I was passed off to the dealership to do the paperwork with someone I had never met. It was so impersonal and so transactional. I had no direct contact with the Cartelligent salesperson (Aaron) for the deal or instructions on the close. I was pressure sold a service package by a salesman with a dealership I will never see. I sent an electronic downpayment and that was it. No appreciation at all. What a letdown of a luxury car purchase.
Then there was the delivery experience. It was awful. The car was a day late and the guy who delivered it knew less than nothing about the car. I got no orientation, no help with the tech (that still doesn't work), no help at all, and absolutely no thank you for leasing a car. So unprofessional. Another big let down.
I reached out the the Cartelligent sales person about getting the tech fixed. He then passed me off again the the dealership where an assistant called me to try and help but just made it all worse. It was a series of really poor customer service experiences. I never heard from the dealership again. They just took my money and left me very dissappointed.
Bottom line, I hold Cartelligent responsible for my terrible experience. I really wish I had gone directly to my local dealership and leased the car directly with the people I will now go to for service. Cartelligent did not deliver any added value for me, just the opposite. The worst car lease expereince I have ever had. I cannot recommend Cartelligent at all.

Honestly, such an easy experience. Worked with Ethan who got me a great deal on an EV. I reached out on a Thursday and had a brand new car in my garage by the following Tuesday.

Communication was really good, process was super painless with zero surprises throughout. Team at East Bay Cartelligent at pickup were great. I was in and out in probably less than 25 minutes after signing some paperwork and getting a quick rundown of the car features.

Compared to my last experience at a dealership, even with a pre-negotiated deal and simple financing, it took hours. When this lease is up, I'm headed right back :)

I wanted buying a car to be easy, and Cartelligent delivered!
We knew what car we wanted, but it was difficult to find a dealer that had the right one (color, trim, options, etc) available. Plus my experience with a dealer has ranged from negative to terrible. I want to just click a button and buy a car.
I emailed Chuck from Cartelligent what we wanted (must haves, nice-to-haves), and two days later he had two options. It arrived two weeks later, and we signed most of the paperwork electronically. Zero interactions with the dealer, which is exactly what we wanted. Plus, it was $2k under MSRP, with 0.9% APR. Perfect.
I'll never go back to talking to a dealer, this was so much easier.

Excellent experience! Worked with Christian Roettgers to locate the make and model I wanted. He and his team quickly found a match and had it reserved for me within a couple days of our first phone call. All of which was a very easy and efficient process. I chose the option to pick up from Cartelligent's office, which was a convenient option for me. Lynette Estrada from the local office made it very easy to work with my schedule. Arrived on the scheduled day and time to find the car ready to go with a big red bow. Completed the paperwork, got a tour of the car's features, and drove away in less than an hour. Highly recommend Cartelligent and will return for my next vehicle purchase.

Cartelligent made car buying easy and efficient. Christian was so wonderful to work with especially when we hadn't made up our minds what vehicle we would purchase next. His suggestions led us to find the perfect car. Christian is patient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He found us our car with all the features we were looking for and we couldn't be happier. And to top it off, our new car was delivered to our home by Jonathan who provided a thorough tutorial on the car features and had us sign the documents in under 30 minutes. He even took our previously leased car to deliver it back to the dealership. I can't imagine the experience being any more seamless. This is the third time I've bought a car through Cartelligent. Always easy. Always efficient. Always honest. Always less than what the local dealers want for the identical car.

We worked with Radi and his team in Sausalito. We first wanted a 2024 Toyota Camry Hybrid but discovered that the dealers loaded them up with a few extras we didn't want, so we changed our focus to a 2024 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid that came with the BSM (Blind Side Monitoring) standard.

Radi found a dark blue one in Santa Rosa that we considered, but when we opted for a lighter blue, he just wanted us to be happy and found the perfect car in Anaheim that could be driven up here. We said that we could drive to Southern California in a rental car, drop it off at Santa Ana Airport, then Uber to Irvine to get the car. He coordinated it with Alan at that office and we drove away last Monday with our new car.

Thanks again to Radi in Sausalito, Alan in Irvine, and the entire Cartelligent team for a seamless transaction. We'll be back in a few years to upgrade our other car.
