I done hair color highlight balayage with Natasha, She did an amazing job on my hair and I love it...
She was so honest with me ad told me everything I needed to know to decide the best option....
Also Leticia done my hair cut very very professional and amazing.....I got many compliments for my hair color and my hair cut....
The Kelly did my eyebrows done and was wonderful and shape my eyebrows as exactly as I wanted. She is so patient and professional, I tried many places for brows and think Kelly is the best.
The hair salon was so clean and full of positive vibes, they sanitized everything and everyone wore a mask.
I definitely would come back and highly recommend.......

I'm someone who is quite hesitant when it comes to haircuts but my stylist (becca_sfhairstylist) put me at ease. She walked me through each element of my requested style, confirming the length. During the cut, as she worked through each section, she walked me through what she was doing.
I have very fine hair which does not hold any form (waves or curls), but during our session, Becca walked me through techniques and products that could help.
I usually felt one of two ways after a haircut: utter remorse or underwhelmed but I can honestly say, I am thrilled with my new cut!

I booked a cut with Becca on 7/13 and it's literally the worst hair cut of my life. It looked ok when I left the salon but once I got home n showered n blow dried, the product was gone and I can see the truth.

The front "face framing layers" were way too deep and don't blend well with the rest of the hair. It's like I have two different hair cuts.

I ended up going to another salon for an emergency fix and they agreed that the sections were uneven. They sectioned some of my bangs to trim and they were laughing at how uneven it was. They said my hair had a lot of "corners"

To make things worse, I called (7/16 10am) to explain what happened and asked for a refund (the stylist that fixed my hair said I should given how bad it was). The receptionist said they'll offer a full refund if I never come back. So sure, I'll take it. They never processed my refund!

I'm also getting married in 2 months and this short in the front long in the back, isn't conducive to long wavy wedding hair.

I've been going to code salon for a FANCYY haircut from Hiro (LA/beverly hills). He is very talented & popular.
I like my hair color's appointment with Zoe. She listens & remembers every details of my expectations. (& trying to fix asap before the color turned out off)
Their receptionist is sweet & attentive as well.

BIG COMPLAINT for Becca. She is super aggressive, hurt my nose when trimming my bang off. (My nose was super red). I told her: "Please be gentle..." And she DID NOT want to cut my bang off fully, even though I kept reminding it to her. And interrupted me a lot. And she left everything unfinished: an uneven, ugly bang and did not explain a word to me. And wasn't telling anyone.

When the receptionist charged me on full price, I was confused, (obviously no one was aware of it. ) Becca was walking by, STARING AT ME IN ANGER, intimidating gaslighting me, as if "how dare you bring this up to the staffs".

Their receptionist was super helpful on scheduling me an appointment with another more experienced hairstylist on the other day. It was a QUICK bang trim but I feel as Becca doesn't know how to cut hair off, and has an unprofessional terrible attitude. It's TOXIC.

Just wanted to add that I was never offered a "complimentary" anything after my initial review and I don't appreciate the business manager posting a public reply to my review claiming they gave me something they didn't.

Becca did an amazing job with my haircut! She really listened to what I wanted and gave great advice on what would look best. The cut turned out just right, and her recommendations for products and styling techniques were spot-on. I'm really happy with the result and would definitely recommend her! The salon has a relaxed vibe and always provides a great experience.

I have debated writing this review for months because I truly don't like to leave bad reviews or disparage businesses. However I believe my disappointment with this salon and the amount of money I spent warrants a review.
First off, my hair stylist was nice but she made a rude remark about the bangs I had cut and about the hair products I was using. I have a tight budget and was doing my best so I was a bit hurt by that. She said she would fix the bangs. However people told me it looked worse after the haircut while I got compliments on my bangs before. I also agree that they looked worse after my haircut at CODE, and now it's going to take longer to grow out.
And then she was kind of pushy trying to get me to have my hair curled at the end even though I never curl my hair - little did I know this was to hide how uneven the haircut looked when my hair was straight (I have straight hair). It was so bad I couldn't imagine going out like that and I had to fix it myself - it looks so much better now that I fixed it. I wish I had taken a picture of the unevenness but I was so distraught I didn't think to do so. It looked like 2 different lengths and was very blunt. My boyfriend agreed that it looked terrible. I only asked for a simple trim so there is really no reason I can think of for the way it looked.
Lastly, I trusted this person and I was on a tight student budget but I bought the expensive conditioner she recommended truly thinking it would help my hair. After months of consistent use I am confident it is one of the worst conditioners I've ever used. My hair was definitely in better condition with the drugstore conditioner I used to use that the stylist disparaged.
All in all, I went to this salon and spent over $200 and ended up only wishing I hadn't gone. I could've gotten a much better haircut for much less elsewhere :/

Edit: I added a picture of the hair right out of the salon curled as I didn't take any pics of it straight before I evened it out. But you can't tell how uneven/choppy the lengths were in this picture.

Loved this salon !! I'm not from the area but it was super easy to book an appointment. Andrea did an amazing job walking me through my haircut and blow out it came out amazing, I had alot of dead hair but she was able to get rid of it and keep some of the length I wanted ! She was super friendly and uses very high quality tools and products. Will be coming back

Been twice now and Becca has done a really great job in hearing what I want and working with what I'm comfortable with. The salon is really nice with awesome lighting and great music. Overall a great experience!

Had my highlights done by Zoe and my hair cut by Becca. I just moved to the area and this is the first salon I've tried. The results were fabulous! Both stylist made my hair look like exactly what I had asked for. And everyone was so on time, both appointments started and ended right on schedule.
