Deluxe Cleaners

The prices here are extremely expensive. I brought in a light cotton top that had to be dry cleaned, which was charged as a dress for 15.75 plus tax. I called to ask the owner to clarify why it was charged as a dress and she did not budge, saying shirts are charged as dresses if they are below the waist. She also said I have moved from a cheaper city--LA. I understand she explained she has to pay rent and professionals but I really can't stomach the prices here and will be going elsewhere. With a 20% discount I still paid nearly $65 to dry clean two punjabi sets and a plaid skirt. It would have been $80.75 without the discount. 1 star on prices, extra stars on service which is reasonable, but ultimately unaffordable, at least for me.

Love this place! They were my primary cleaner when I lived in the city. Love the experience, clean studio and reliable results. Even now that I am in Marin, I still bring them my specialty garments and silks. Thanks for many years of wonderful service - I never have to worry about my garments when they're in the hands of Deluxe.

Good job dry cleaning suits and shirts with short turnaround. Hours are fairly inconvenient for after work pickup unfortunately.

When moving to a new city it's always hard to find a hair salon and dry cleaners you can entrust your most treasured item(s) to. I would bring anything from my bed sheets to my wedding dress to Deluxe.
Whether you're a patron at a coffee shop, restaurant, or a dry cleaners, it's really boring to read and hear about you complaining about prices to small business owners. It's 2023. You cant expect anything to be cheap, let alone cheap and *quality*.

I was in need of getting my pants hemmed for an upcoming wedding and was so happy to find Deluxe Cleaners via Yelp! Noah helped me out and was able to get my pants hemmed in a quick 2 days for a reasonable price.

I'll definitely keep Deluxe in mind next time I need my clothes dry cleaned or hemmed.

The quality of their work is exceptional and turn-around time is remarkably fast. I've tried several other SF cleaners and none of them come close the quality of Deluxe Cleaners.
My dress shirts are always starched and pressed perfectly. Custom suits and designer dresses are always handled with appropriate care. Custom linen table cloths and napkins are meticulously cared for.
Deluxe Cleaners is simply the best, most reliable cleaner in San Francisco!

Extremely overpriced for laundered and dry cleaned mens shirts. My fault for not confirming the pricing before but I assumed a well rated place on Yelp would have reasonable market prices for laundry. I don't believe the pricing was posted. My bill was $160+ for 21 shirts, an average of almost $8/shirt for mostly launder and hang with some dry cleaning. I normally use a delivery service that charges $2.50 per shirt plus a delivery fee. Wanted to support our local launder but I certainly won't be going back.

Excellent service and quality. Brought in some dress shirts with some stains (coffee and wine) that another cleaner couldn't get out as well as a suit and a tux. All the stains were removed and everything was pressed perfectly! Might be a little more expensive than other places or Purple Tie but you pay for what you get

This place is fantastic. I have 2 places walking distance in Pac Heights, but came here because of reviews & fast turn around time. The place I used to go was unfriendly, rude, apathetic & I had to wait a week. Not here!! The young man is fast, efficient, friendly. They've done a great job on dress shirts & jackets. Park behind the van.

Really nice and they do a great job I've brought nice cashmere, silk and also a parka all of which came out great. Their turnaround time is also good. Highly recommend!
