      Went for Lunch

Food - 5/5. Crab fried rice had a mix of delicate flavors. The egg was runny with a silky mouthfeel, crab had a subtle sweet flavor with a firm bite, and the rice was fluffy with minimal seasoning. What brought the dish to life was the lime sauce, which added a vibrant sourness that intensified the mild flavors. The strong, piquant sauce was a perfect pairing for the mild crab fried rice. The carbonara was a great example of their fusion cuisine. They modified the decadent flavors of typical carbonara with a lighter, seafood based sauce that still maintained a richness and velvety mouthfeel. Shrimps added a bouncy bite, bacon added a fun chew, and the masago added a flavorful crunch. The arrangement of different flavors and textures helped keep your palette excited for the next bite. The crispy garlic chicken was very crunchy and the meat was moist. Unfortunately, the sauce was way too sweet. The sweetness overpowered every other flavor, to the point it barely mattered what you were eating. I could not taste any of the garlic, chili or Thai basil which is a shame as the chicken itself was cooked well.

Service - 4/5. Courteous and professional. Service was prompt and attentive.

Value - 4/5. The food was delicious and they have some interesting fusion dishes, but most flavors are Thai based. Portions were fitting for the price, with signature entrees in the higher $20s. It is on the pricey side, but their fusion flavors are worth the experience. Personally, I would skip the chicken, but it really comes down to preference.

I came here for dinner last night with some friends and overall loved the floral vibe. The restaurant offered an elevated dining experience while still feeling bright and inviting.

We started off with a Red Sangria and a Lychee Cosmo. The drinks were pretty sweet and then the kind server recommended us the Crispy Garlic Chicken and Crab Fried Rice.

The entrees were very flavorful but I personally thought that the fried rice was heavy as there was a lot of egg. The dish also came with a lime sauce that I thought was unique, tasty, and overall paired well with the rice.

      What I ordered:
      -Thai tea [4.5/5]
      -Ka Ree Curry [3.8/5]
      -CRISPY GARLIC CHICKEN [4/5]
      __

While exploring restaurant options in Seattle, I came across Di Flora, instantly captivated by its stunning floral decor. Intrigued, we decided to try the Ka Ree Curry and Crispy Garlic Chicken, paired with Thai tea.

The Thai tea was exceptional, boasting a strong tea flavor and perfect sweetness. The Crispy Garlic Chicken was a highlight, offering a delightful blend of Korean fried chicken and Thai flavors, both crispy and flavorful. The Ka Ree Curry was also impressive, perfectly spicy but slightly sweeter than I anticipated. However, I found it odd that rice wasn't included with the dishes and had to be ordered separately for an additional $3, considering these dishes are typically enjoyed with rice.

The servers were friendly and attentive, and the interior was charming. With its great ambiance and delicious food, I had a wonderful experience at Di Flora.

What a cute place for drinks and a meal!
Came here for late lunch on Friday and was able to be seated immediately.

      What we ordered:
      - Di Fiora Signature Carbonara, which was really good. The bacon shined through despite the heavy sauce. Definitely something to get if you want a spaghetti dish.
      - Crab Fried Rice, which was a decent dish. The sauce on the site didn't add much to it. I often mixed it with the sauce from the crispy chicken garlic dish.
      - Crispy Chicken Garlic. This dish lived up to the hype. Crispy indeed. Garlicky. The sauce is best served with some rice, which paired well with the crab-fried rice. The two enhanced each other!

      - Thai Tea. One of my favorite items on the table. Before the food even came. the Thai tea was gone.
      - The Dark Night Cocktail

All in all, one of my favorite restaurants from my Seattle trip. Highly Recommend.

Perched atop First Hill, this cute kitschy restaurant is worth a stop. The service was very friendly and helpful. We had 6:30 Sunday night reservations but didn't really need them as there were plenty of tables available.

To start, we enjoyed the fried calamari with a terrific vinegar based dipping sauce. There was black garlic & salt sprinkled throughout and it was perfectly fried to a delicate crisp.

The steak dish was cooked perfectly to a light pink medium temp and nicely seasoned. There was a slightly sweet dipping sauce that we didn't use and some fresh greens with light dressing that was a nice compliment to the meal.

Of course we had to try the crab fried rice and thoroughly enjoyed it. The lime sauce was a nice accent to the savory egg and crab. It was really a tasty dish.

Their wines are a little on the pricey side at $14/15 for what I consider a short pour.

This place has been on my list for a while and I was sadly disappointed. While very aesthetic and cute inside, the food was subpar.

Everything we got was too sweet. I was surprised that the garlic chicken was sweet as well. I thought it would be a little savory. For what we got it seemed pretty overpriced. My favorite was the croissant French toast, but it was really nothing special.

I came here for brunch and was also surprised because the brunch menu was only 4 items. I thought they would have more options. I don't know if I'll be back based off the meal we had.

Di Fiora offers a delightful dining experience with delicious food and a beautiful interior. I ordered the Pad Kee Mao with chicken, which was great and flavorful, hitting the spot perfectly.

We had made a reservation, but because of a large party that did a walk-in and occupied our table an hour before our time, we had to wait 20 minutes outside. The hostess was attentive, checking on us frequently and apologizing profusely for the delay, which made the wait more bearable.

The interior of Di Fiora is really pretty and aesthetic, adding a fun touch to the dining experience. It's an excellent place for taking nice dinner pictures, making it a wonderful spot for both delicious food and a visually pleasing atmosphere.

This place has been on my list for a while and finally got a chance to try it out! Came in during lunch on a weekday so it wasn't as busy, service was friendly but slow, not sure if it was because I came to dine alone. The interior is so cute and aesthetically pleasing with flower decor and art work.

I ended up getting the pad Thai with tofu and the crispy spring rolls. Both dishes were OK. The pad Thai lacked in flavor and I wish they had asked for spice levels because I found it to be bland as a whole. The rolls were crispy but again lacking in flavor. Though I found the portions to be ideal for one person the pricing was more on the expensive side - I definitely paid more than what I got in food.

Also, the parking is a hit or miss since it's all street parking. I had done a good 10-12 loops around the restaurant before finally being able to find a spot so highly suggest walking if you live nearby. Overall OK experience - probably would suggest skipping out if it's on your list of places to try

The cutest interior because you know flowers are my weakness. Cozy ambience perfect for a chill catch up.

I joked with the group that I went hiking since I "hiked up the hill" to meet them here lol "peak" humor amirite? I worked up an appetite & earned a cocktail or 3..
The cocktails were lit. My favorites include the Purple Rain, Pink Lady & Billionaire.

The crispy fish was just ok but the wings were a hit with the group & we ended up ordering more.
      I enjoyed the charming decor.

Cool establishment that supports the LGBTQIA+ community.

Ambiance and service were good, but food was just ok especially for the price. The aesthetic of this restaurant is super fun, lots of flowers/plants and fun things to take photos with for sure! Servers were really kind, helpful and attentive. Parking was super difficult, it's street parking only right in Capitol Hill so that was quite a headache.

Food was just alright and prices a bit steep. Mini wings were super mini and most of them barely had any meat on them. The beef was probably the best thing we had. We got the crab rice which had little bits of shell or cartilage in it, and the egg over the top was a little runny. We also got the chicken fettuccini curry which was pretty tasty but had little bones that made it a little difficult to eat. All in all just alright- I'd come back for some cocktails sometime though!
