      I met up with my friends here while visiting for work. They live in the area, but they hadn't heard of Dumpling Baby, so it was their first time, too. They're mainly a take out restaurant, but they have a few tables for dine in and waiting on your order. The owner was so sweet, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our experience.

      I can't say enough times how much I appreciate when a restaurant makes their dishes gluten free friendly, because I rarely get to eat Chinese food due to my restrictions. Thank you from the bottom of my gluten free heart! Everything we had was absolutely delicious and made with so much love. The crowd favorite was the General Tso's Chicken--the most unique version anyone in our group has had! I will think of this place often when I'm craving Chinese food.

      Thanks again for such a wonderful experience!

      Friendly service! CHECK!
      Large portions! CHECK!

      I'm not on San Francisco often, however, if I have the opportunity, I'd choose this place again.

      I ordered directly on their website instead of Door Dash since the appetizers were $1.80 more each and our entrees were $3 more each. Then I went to pick up to save on the $6.99 delivery fee on their website. The area is only street parking. I was able to get street parking in front of the Toyota Dealership on 22nd Ave only a crosswalk away from the restaurant at 8:50 pm on a Saturday. My order only took about 20 mins to prepare.

      I ordered the below:

      * Char Siu Bao (4) $9
      * Crispy Pork Lumpia (10) $9
      * XLB Soup Dumpling (10) $11
      * Crispy Honey Sesame Chicken $21
      * Chubby Shanghai Noodles w/ added shrimp for $3 totaling $19

      The Char Siu Bao looked frozen. No hand made bao looks like that on top with a defined design. Usually, homemade ones have a rougher texture on top. The Cripsy Pork Lumpia and XLB Soup Dumpling were average but nothing too special over what I could get as frozen food at Costco. The XLB lacked soupy compared to other restaurants I've been to.

      The flavor of the Chubby Shanghai Noodle was fine but the noodles were a bit undercooked. They were a bit too hard. The noodles could have been boiled a little bit longer before being tossed on the wok. The highlight of my meal was the Crispy Honey Sesame Chicken. The crispy texture was perfect. I could even hear the crunch in my BF's mouth. The sauce was sweet and sticky. If I were to come back, I'd give the noodles a second chance and order the chicken again.

      Char Siu Bao looks like it was probably frozen

      First time trying here and I can say this place is better to go on there simple foods. Their XLB and fried wings is a no no. Their noodles and fried rice I recommend but it's better to go.

      They give you big paper bowls to use so not really a dine in place. Their service was ok. It's mostly self serve with limited seating. Overall it's an ok place and better for take out.

      Don't get.

      Legit authentic little shop. They have a few tables inside but mostly geared toward takeout. Owners are wonderful and super cheerful. Ordered the Bao Buns and Wor Wonton Soup with Potstickers to start. The Bao Buns were out of this world good. Absolutely perfectly made as were the wontons in the soup. Will definitely be back to place. We sat inside at one of the benches and people watched out the window as we enjoyed dinner.

      Dumpling Baby China Bistro is ideal for takeout or delivery due to the amount of space in the restaurant. Their onsite ordering system is 2 tablets with a grubhub-like UI so it's fast and efficient.

      The crab rangoons were my favorite.
      Crispy golden brown exterior and a creamy, rich filling in every bite. Their version of General Tso's chicken packs a serious garlic kick balanced by tangy orange sauce. The chow mein was simple and classic and I'm really looking forward to my next trip here to try the chubby noodles.

      Food hit the spot, spice was just right, soup was nice & hot!
      You have to try the Mongolian Beef with a side of pork dumplins We wanted a meal worth talking about, and here it is! The soup was a good ending point.

      The food is all that matters, and it is fantastic at this cutely named restaurant. The limited seating, with some tables facing walls, initially surprised us. The room's design left me unsure whether it was solely for take-out or if guests could sit and eat. However, the no-fuss ambiance emphasized the primary focus on the food. When we asked about recommendations, the owner simply responded, "everything is good here," which wasn't overly helpful, but given the emphasis on the quality of the Chinese cuisine, customer service took a backseat.

      The star of the show was the food. The orange chicken featured sizable chicken chunks, and the fried rice with fresh vegetables, as well as the pork and scrambled eggs, were equally delicious. A standout was the exceptional vegetable dish. Despite the initially unclear seating arrangement, we chose to dine in. While the atmosphere lacked frills, the food was the main attraction, and that's what truly mattered to us.

      Large menu with as you would imagine a lot of dumplings which are quite good. I opted for the chubby noodles with spinach and garlic and I added tofu which was delicious. Really great tofu here excellent seasoning. Large dining area with a lot of windows. You order at the counter. Portions were huge easily feed two also seldom crowded. Recommended.
