What attracts me to a car wash?

How cool, flashy, and intriguing it looks. I dig the red color, the name, And this carwash has cool lights as you drive in. a quick google search showed the price point is reasonable for a quick wash.

The highlight: free self-vacuuming and they provide towels and window cleaner and interior cleaner! It's cool you can vacuum your car, get rid of trash, and wipe everything down.

My favorite hand wash was not available in SJ, so on a whim I came here. First thing I noticed was it was PACKED. At least 5 cars in line.

The kiosk has an employee which is pretty cool! Didn't have to touch the pad at all. They take card which is nice.

The wash itself requires you to go in neutral and I actually didn't know how. Luckily another employee knew and helped me out. Impressed they have 2 employees working!

They also let you vacuum your car which is awesome. For just 16$. This is a lot better than the 30$ car washes that are automated ; An amazing deal tbh, I'll definitely be coming back!!

Twelve Dollar Tuesdays!!! This is a wash and no wax special. As several people have mentioned, the setup is pretty wonky. You need to exit the car wash and drive back around to the vacuums, but they are free. If you have a larger budget, go for the $16 wash with wax. They even offer monthly packages for people who would like unlimited car washes at a discounted price.

This is your go to one stop and go for car washes in downtown San Jose -- and honestly, I would not have any other way. Talk about free vacuuming too! Here's my take and experiences thus far:

Pros: For $29 ($22 with their Thursday special), you get extreme cleaning on the surface of your car. They clean the wheels for you, and are very useful in the way that they don't use harsh sponges on their machines to clean your car.

Cons: the vacuum line content to get busy in the afternoon, and especially on sunny days. The only reason why not giving it five stars is because sometimes the employees aren't handling logistics correctly, and I have given them complaints, sometimes for letting a car that just parked go into the vacuum parking lot, when they should have waited. I wish they had a system where they would let cars park on the other side with numbers, then, that way it would fix the problem with congestion in the parking lot.

I usually come here every month to get my car wash, and honestly I think it's worth it for its price.

Car looks clean for the most part. Some spots on the back were missed though. The biggest issue is the fact that the machine literally ripped my side mirror shell off. I had to ask the people to retrieve it for me and it ended up leaving some damage from the fall. Pretty upset about this.

Convenient spot to get your car washed with the quickness. In n out of here in less than 10 minutes and super close to the heart of downtown SJ. Everything from start to finish was on point.

Extreme Express Car Wash is a fantastic deal. When I'm in San Jose this is the go to spot to get a quick clean for the low (been here 3x already). Sometimes there's a wait to use the vacuums but honestly I've never waited more than 5 minutes or so.

Came here today & paid $22 (mid tier option) for the wax & shine. They also have a clean guarantee - if you're not happy with how your car looks the first time it goes through you can go through again. I had some debris stuck on my windshield that didn't come off so I swung around again, ready to ask if I could go through again.

Shoutouts to their team because they saw my car & let me through a second time. No questions, no explaining, no uncomfortable "sorry my windshield is still dirty" - just a nod and a go ahead because they already knew what it was. What a great experience because it was so easy. 1000% worth the price for a clean & being able to use their vacuums + wipes. I'll be back in the future!!!

I was very impressed with this car wash. The value was great. The standard wash was only $15, and it included an exterior wash and use of their vacuum and cleaning supplies.
You have to do the work yourself on the interior, but it saves you a lot of money.
I deducted a star because the first vacuum I tried to use was broken, so they may have to do a little better maintenance on their equipment.
Overall, I highly recommend giving them a try.

Still gotta give 5 stars!

The only complaint I have is the vacuum area gets sooooo busy/crowded with cars.
