Fabio replied promptly and was willing to show up the next day (at the very end of his jobs) to assess a significant door jamb damage and provide an estimate for our landlord. The front door damage/repairs was time sensitive for safety reasons and Fabio was most accommodating and provided excellent explanations for replacing the front door and repairing the door jamb. It was great that he can start the job in 2 days (compared to other contractors available in 2+ weeks). Communication throughout the project via phone calls, emails, texts were of the utmost professionalism and kept us posted at all times. His work ethics were most impressive and when the job was completed in 2.5 days, we were very pleased with the quality of our new front door, freshly painted and with the installation of a much more secured enforcer kit for the door jamb! Responded quickly to our call and came the next morning to work on a variety of projects; installing gate hardware on a couple of large gates, recaulked a tub/shower, reinstalled a vanity and caulked it (beautifully I might add), installed bathroom hardware, adjusted a door, installed and set all interior door handle hardware and our next list is ready to be tackled! looking forward to another productive day with FAS
