Great parking facility if you are going on a cruise. Sure, it's not the newest or nicest looking of parking garages, but I don't consider Art Deco architecture to be the primary component of a parking garage, so this place did the job just fine.
Spaces were reasonably wide. Shuttle was running regularly, the driver was very courteous. Make sure to reserve online to get the $8 per day rate. My only complaint was minor, but when returning back to your car, they don't allow you to carry in suitcases into the elevator. So one person has to go get the car and the other has to handle all the luggage and wait for you downstairs while you pull around through traffic to pick up the other person and the bags. Parked here for our cruise. You must pay cash when you park. No credit cards. However, they do have an ATM inside where you can jump out and get cash where you pay.
Once parked, you can take your luggage down to the street level and get the shuttle to the port. I must say that they are pretty efficient. We didn't have to wait long to get the shuttle and they took us right to where we needed to drop off our luggage. The cruise people came over and took our bags once they were off the shuttle.
Come prepared with money for tips. We had to tip the guy loading the baggage on to the shuttle and then tip the shuttle driver separately. Also had to tip the baggage handlers for the cruise.

This was our second year parking here rates went up from last year but we paid it because they had free shuttle and the cars were safe last year. I paid for 4 cars it was 485 for 7 days once we returned from the cruise we went to get our cars and someone had broken in to 2 of them now this parking garage is supposed to be a secured worried free parking area only to be told there is nothing they can do I always tipped left good reviews but this time if they don't handle this situation like they should I will always tell people not to ever park here again it's sad that they allowed the guy to get away with all of our things and only say they can't help us call your insurance company I'm not filing this on my insurance when Fulton Parking Garage should be held responsible. We had a 5 hour ride home with a busted window and stolen items all because security was not on his job

My fiancé and I pre paid for parking online and printed out the receipts for our trip. When it was time to move the car at the end of our stay, when we pressed the button for assistance and no one came. We tried to look for anyone that worked there and there was absolutely no one that could help us. All in all, there is NO POINT in pre paying because you will just have to double pay for parking. Shout out to the Hertz employee we found who validated our parking, he was the only reason we didn't have to pay twice!

The lady who works at the parking garage shouldn't be allowed to work there. I couldn't find my car, I was carrying ALOT of bags and had my dog. I knocked on the office door to ask for help she told me the third floor is split and to go try again . I was already frustrated from going back and forth and ask her to please show me on the camera . She said there's too many cameras she could not help me . At this point, im frustrated, its 110° outside, im sweating, and I asked her to please come help me find my car , she took another bite of her food and said she would not help me . Appalled I asked you're just going to sit there and eat your lunch I'm having a panic attack , she laughed and slammed the door in my face . This woman should not have a job anywhere she legitimately is not helpful .

We parked our car here for a cruise. It went well. They want you to use cash. We felt rushed though. You park your car on the first level and give them your keys. It's kind of like a valet service. They take you to the cruise port and pick you up. The fee is cheaper than some of the others. They seemed pretty nice. We would park here again.

Staff was rude and tried to charge me more when I got back from the cruise. Save yourself the heartache and park at the port lot

Reserving the parking was easy. Getting to the ship with our luggage was ok, but taking our luggage on elevator upon arrival WAS A PROBLEM!
Some girl told us one of us have to bring car down, and one stay somewhere near exit ? to wait for the car? the garage owner is trying to safe his elevator from a heavy luggage? nonsense! when my husband refused to leave me with the luggage nowhere downstairs, the owner suddenly appeared and jumped on my husband like a crazy man without any explanation. It was not a pleasant experience. The same story happened after a previous cruise we took. I parked my JEEP SUV here for a 7-day cruise! It was great! Easy and stress-free experience. Shuttle to and from port was fast and people are super friendly.
Upon return, our luggage was left curbside at shuttle drop-off point with family and I went to retrieve vehicle from garage. I drive down and picked up family and luggage was loaded into my vehicle for us.

Been parking with for months, at least three times have had wait 30 minutes for someone to show up to open the gate to let me out cause there system isn't updated, most of the time I call no one answers, they owe me $120 refund but refuse to give to me, terrible customer service, don't use

But anytime I encounter a problem their customer service is either bad or non existent. I have had to sit in front of their office for over half an hour twice to either get out of the garage because they didn't update my card or there was a problem with my card. They have repeatedly charged me twice for one month's pass and make me spend weeks calling them back to get refunds.
