Green Cleaning SF

This is a long-overdue review for Hugo and his wonderful team of house cleaners. I've been using Hugo for almost 2 years now and his service, communication, and reliability has always been the very best. I know I'll get reminders for my upcoming house cleanings and if I need to switch my days Hugo will accommodate me.

Every house cleaner has been very respectful and thorough. My house is always left very clean and neat. I work from home and the house cleaner always works fast and efficiently so I can get back to work.

I specifically chose this company because I have a baby and wanted the best and safe cleaning products. My house never smells like chemicals and it's sparkly clean! I'm going to be using this service for a long time. Thank you Hugo and team!

Green Cleaning helped us for a number of months, if we move back to our old place I'm sure we'll start using them again.

Hugo was easy to work with / made coordinating easy.

And their work is always amazing -- it's always like coming home to a new apartment.

Staff always went above and beyond, and were accommodating with a difficult parking location.

Punctual, thorough, respectful, and communicative.

I got a regular cleaning + oven deep clean earlier this week and the cleaners showed up right on time. I appreciated that they worked around my schedule as I took meetings at home.

Pros
- The bathroom is spotless and smelled sanitized (a plus for me)
- The farmhouse kitchen sink is somehow more white than before??
- I didn't even know what color the inside of my oven was until after the cleaning. Incredible.

Cons
- They broke a vertical blind - not the biggest deal.

The team was professional, punctual, and respectful of my home. Scheduling was super quick and responsive. I'd use Green Cleaning SF again!

Extremely disappointed with the cleaning. Informed Hugo and he refused to fix the issues even though he will say in posts that he offers to fix issues.

Pros
Guys were nice
When we pointed out additional places to clean, they did them.

Cons
Missed a LOT of obvious cleaning spots such as spots on mirrors, corners, didn't even get up all of the dirt after sweeping multiple areas.
More expensive than other cleaners who did a WAY better job.

Strongly advise going with other cleaers!

Hugo was able to schedule me 1 week in advance for a Sunday cleaning. Aline came right on time and did a really great thorough job! Everything was sparkling when we came home :) also their rate is pretty reasonable compared to other cleaning services we have tried. I'll definitely be booking again in a few months.

I put out a request and they replied to me right away. The next day they texted to let me know they were running a little late but so was I so that worked out! They were very nice and cleaned my terrible moldy gross bathroom, two sinks, toilet, and nasty tiled shower. And now, a day later, I feel like a less jenkier woman in general! The place is wicked clean and spotless. I didn't have the energy for the daunting task myself so splurged and it was a decent price and took away some stress! Our house was in desperate need of a good cleaning after the holidays and Flaviane and Rafael did a wonderful job! Our bathrooms are gleaming! They were able to get out stains that we've tried multiple different products on without any luck.

Hugo is super responsive and easy to communicate with. Unbeatable value with this cleaning service!

We requested a cleaning for a unit that we own after a tenant left, in preparation for a new one. I appreciated Green Clean getting us in just two days before the requested service day. Overall, they cleaned the unit and lifted a lot off our shoulders, but we still had to go over a few areas again after they left.

Pros
- prompt, with confirmations beforehand
- upfront pricing (just under $400 for a one bedroom 2 bathroom loft)
- friendly and communicative
- brought their own tools and supplies

Cons
- missed details, such as streaks left on walls and grime left on bathroom appliances
- many corners and hard to reach places untouched, such as nooks and some walls

Neither pro/con
- originally estimated 3 hours, ended up taking around 5

I reached out to Green cleaning and asked them to focus only on cleaning the carpet and walls since the whole room was empty already. They did an astounding job and I could finally breathe easier and move into the masters. Thank you so much!!!

Literally OCD-level clean

These guys are too good.

When Cris was done, and left, some dust blew in from outside, she cleaned it even though it was nearly unnoticeable.

Will be hiring on recurring basis.

The initial process was smooth, and the pricing was transparent and fixed. The cleaning was a bit of a mix. They did a great job on the basic house cleaning, cleaning the floors and windows. Floors and windows were great, and they also cleaned window sills well.

However, this wasn't thorough work and was a huge miss in the kitchen and additional space for which they charged additional (they did tell me beforehand).

In the kitchen, they left most of the cabinets uncleaned. When prompted, they cleaned a couple of cabinets and a corner at the end of the inspection, but they left pretty much all the cabinets. Also, there are some marks on the dishwasher that may not be removable.

I'll recommend them for basic cleaning but not deep cleaning -- anything outside of plain view.
