My IPad Pro stoped charging. I found this business. They gave me a quote and ordered parts. If the repair did not work, no charge.

Fast service, great communication and pricing is reasonable for what needs to be performed. Nothing is replaced OEM, but the condition is restored or problem fixed. I have taken a broken laptop screen in to be repaired, had a laptop diagnosed that kept shutting itself off, my iPhone was rebooted so I could save the photos on it.

I have recommended this shop to friends, family, strangers and from what I know they have not been disappointed. It's run by a really nice dude that handles everything in house. He's great at communicating and providing pricing before moving forward with any repairs. He's professional and down to earth.

One suggestion, call ahead before you go. Hours are posted on the door but they are not always completely honored. Spent a good 30 min beyond the posted open time waiting, then left a voicemail for my call to be returned. The shop opened a few minutes after I took off, I received a return call letting me know he had arrived.

Great response and honest professionalism for games console repairs. Turns out they found our xbox was ok and the tv was the actual problem- informed us immediately and saved us significant money, although their service pricing is also very good

The technician named "Ron" suggested a tiered level of services, which helped me identify price points and save money. He didn't try to upsell me and instead gave me objective, well-informed suggestions on how to save money by choosing only critical repairs. I chose to have several components of the laptop fixed/replaced and I'm satisfied with the service I received. I will be returning as a regular customer now. They also provided great and consistent communication on the status of my laptop while it was being repaired.

I'm so happy to have found this place right down the street from me. I had an issue with my iPhone charging port and the gentleman at the counter fixed it and sent new off with my phone charging again. Try these guys before you replace you're electronics!

My phone slipped out of my hand and fell right on the concrete. Unfortunately, I didn't have a screen protector or case on it and my screen cracked. I needed to access my email for work so I needed to have it repaired asap. I called Itekh, and was told I could come in the same day. When I arrived I was nicely greeted, and asked what services I needed. I showed him my phone and was told that it could be repaired in 20 to 25 minutes. The service was quick and easy, and I was more than happy with the end results, if you need your phone screen repaired I highly recommend this place.

Took my M1 MacBook Air for a screen replacement after a failed attempt to install a new screen, which resulted in a blank screen. Ron provided a free diagnostic and I returned in a couple of days. The new screen was installed and everything looked great. I returned home when I noticed the audio only played on the left speaker and the screen wasn't 100% responsive when opening the MacBook. Ron recommended I bring it in again. Called me the next day and said it was all fixed! Ron did some work and I appreciate it. I will be returning for any electronic repair needs in the future.

Replaced my iPhone XR screen also went above, and beyond to make sure I was situated before I left their store. Don't hesitate to come, there is parking in the back as well!
