Jerry's Recovery & Transport

My car broke down in downtown SF and this company was the first listed on yelp. His other drivers were busy so Jerry himself pulled up on me in 15 mins! Him and Betty (what he named his tow truck) were happy to help a citizen in need and his price was much more affordable than any other quote I got! I would highly recommend this business to anybody else In need of a tow! The Bay Area needs more businesses like this with owners that genuinely care about their customers and not just the bottom dollar! Thanks again Jerry!

Professional and excellent service. Trustworthy staff. Requested assistance as soon as possible and thankfully traffic wasn't too bad. Jerry was able to get to our vehicle and tow it to the auto body shop within the hour. He was friendly and prices are reasonable. I was able to pay via Zelle which was really convenient.

I called Jerry's for towing service for my Toyota Camry and he arrived promptly and charged a reasonable price. I love California most of my family lives there so I'm always visiting new city's new restaurants ect.
This visit we had nothing but bad luck, as soon as we arrived and filled up on gas the jeep completely glitches out and dies.
We called here based on the reviews plus they were the closest to us so if we needed to inpound our vehicle if the jump start didn't work while we figure out our next step it would be close by.
We were told a time frame 2 hrs go by we decided to call another tow they arrived within 30 min and we ended up needing to tow it to their yard until the next day while we figured out where we wanted it tow too.

Um a week to late we already had the jeep fixed and are back home.
Should of just left it as forgotten about us rather than reach out a week later.

Needed emergency roadside towing. Jerry answered phone right away, came within minutes and was super calm and helpful. Excellent all around -- highly recommend.

My car had a dead alternator and was stuck on the side of the street for some time. Called the place to see if they could tow my lowered car at first they couldn't do it as their equipment wouldn't reach under far enough. After some work on my car, they came back and got my car towed to my mechanic and the driver even went out of his way to take the inner streets so that my car wouldn't be damaged. Greatly recommend and great rates!

Jerry saved the day, thank you so much. We were blocked into our driveway by our parents who left with both keys, Jerry was able to move the car out of the way for us quickly and without damaging anything. I'm sure other companies would have charged more and not done as good of a job. Thank you!

Long version
My car broke down in Soma. Probably not the best of areas, 7th and brannan Street. I contacted Jerry and several other tow companies he was the quickest to respond back. With a text no doubt. Much quicker in my opinion and then to talk.

We figured out where I need to be picked up and where I need to go, and he quoted me the best price. Unfortunately his driver was in Sonoma so after agreeing to a price, I couldn't hire him. But he did the next best thing he gave me a referral to Nelson's towing.

Nelson's was good too. And it's always best to go on referrals. Nelson's was a little bit more money but in a way they were fast quick and great value.
