These guys are the friendliest car people to work with! Very honest and make you feel confident about what you are paying for and why.

I have had to take my car into the shop last minute a couple of times and they have accommodated me every time. They have a quick turn around and if there is any reason they need to order parts they are great about getting your car back to you in the meantime. Very clean shop too!

I don't do reviews but I have never met an automotive place with this customer service level. My jeep had a coolant leak brought it in they had me up and running in 24/hrs. No bs straight to the point and the owner is awesome. Do I recommend them? DEFINITELY!

I took my car to Luis on referral and his team did a great job. the last body shop that had my car left me with a hood that was not seated properly and they said that's how it was when I brought the car in. seams are flush now and the paint came out great the first time. thank you.

This is a good shop that has good value and excellent service. Jesus, the shop manager, is responsive and will work hard for you-getting you scheduled and the like. It isn't a bargain shop, but how sustainable is that in the long run? Very responsive to customer needs. Clean and organized shop. I will DEFINITELY continue to use and recommend them. I've been away as I have a brand specific shop for my main car. JR is for everything else without question. Awesome mural on exterior.

JR is the best! JR and his team are absolute pros. When I call them they are always on point about their schedule so when I come by they are ready to see me and I never have to wait long. It's a great operation, I first came to them after being disappointed in one of the chain shops in the east bay, JR are is so awesome I am so glad I found them, now I am a customer for life.
