I'm one of those people that hate dealing with car related stuff so I try to put off whatever I can. I been due for an oil change and didn't know where to take my car. I tried calling a 76 gas station in the sunset district multiple times but they were always booked. I came across JT's Auto Repair randomly on yelp and decided to give them a try. Fortunately, they weren't super busy and I was next in line after another vehicle. The price was amazing too. It came out to about $72 after tax for a synthetic oil change for my 2007 scion tC. Other places quoted me at least $85! There is a check in offer for 10% off but I decided not to use it to support their business. I was told my car would be ready in one hour and it was! More than happy with their service so it's only fair to not use the yelp check in for my first time here. Brian also told me about my tire pressures that I already knew and also that I mistakenly got the wrong coolant for my car... Whoops! He informed me of other things and that was really nice of him. Will definitely come back here for my next oil change! I won't be putting it off from now on! Bring your car here!

Anthony was the Service Advisor. Peter and Johnny were the mechanics involved. Price was fair. Car is running normal with no issues. Communication throughout the entire process from asking for a quote to getting the vehicle picked after repair was good.

They don't do everything but what they do, they do well. Fair, responsive. & have kept my vehicle from 1998 on the road. They get it and that's why they get my business.

These guys are great! All the work they've done on my car has been superb. I was searching for a place that I can trust, and now I only want to have these guys work on my car.

The guys that work here are straight forward and very helpful. Came in with a weak emergency brake. They diagnosed it within minutes and told me what I needed. I came back a few days later after they ordered the replacement part, and made the necessary adjustments, and drove off with a fixed car that I can now confidently park on an incline!! Side note, while I waited I walked around the hood, found a sandwich joint (shoutout to Yonkers Cafe) and had a sammich for breakfast that really hit the spot!

I asked for routine maintenance at this dealership which included an oil change, checking air in the tires and checking fluids. They only changed my oil. I came to the dealership with my tire air light on and asked that they filled it and when I came to pick it up my light was still on. I filled my tires at a gas station and the light went away. Even worse, after this service, my engine coolant fluid was COMPLETELY EMPTY. This means they did not check my fluids either and I left with my engine at risk of overheating. When I picked up my car, they assured me they serviced the whole car & it's clear, they only performed an oil change. Never coming back here.

Very knowledgeable and reliable. The cost for services is reasonable, and saved me a ton of money compared to taking my car to the dealership. They are helpful in ordering special parts needed and installing those parts when they arrive. The turn around time for my service was quick- they worked around my schedule and I was able to leave my car early and pick it up after my round of golf. Since the first time I brought my car in for service, I haven't taken it anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Neighborhood auto repair shop on the same block of a beloved coffee shop - win! I came here Friday morning for a smog check. I was quickly greeted, filled out paper work and was told my smog would be done within 30 minutes. Lo and behold, I received a call within 30 minutes and was on my way! No frills; would come back again!
