Was recommended to Dan from a different towing service. Dan was really friendly and helpful the whole way through, and quickly got my motorcycle towed across the bay. Would definitely recommend!

JUMPSTART HERO IS THE. BEST!!!! My old Toyota had a dead battery & I had used up my AAA service. They recommended Fortes Bros. What a waste of time! Fortes' idiot driver didn't know the difference between 18th Street & 18th Avenue! He never came, and all I heard from him was a bunch of passive aggressive responses, with no apologies.
I called Jumpstart Hero Dan!!!! He came right over. $25 less expensive than jerks at FORTES BROTHERS!!!! He was so prompt & nice to me. I am so glad that they rescued me & my 22 year old car.

I needed a jumpstart, when battery was dead. Due to faulty wiring. Jumpstart Hero was dispatched to come save the day. Via my auto insurance roadside assistance policy.

OMG. Donell saved me tonight. I got a flat tire visiting a friend in SF. Donell came over super fast and then started fixing things. My collapsable spare tire wasn't on track, so it was almost impossible to get air into the tire. Donell didn't give up and kept trying. He finally made it work like magic. The whole process was long, but he was so kind, friendly, and patient. I am so thankful it was him that came out to help me. If the world is filled with people like him, we will all be so happy :) His kindness is making my Saturday night fantastic! Thank you, Donell.

I was in SF for a class at Circus Center, parked and thought I should give the car behind me more space so I tried to start my car - and alas it was a no go. I called Jump Start Hero and they came within 30 mins as promised. They gave my car a successful jump start but even more - the technician was so full of positive energy and good stories - it really gave my shitty situation a brighter spin. I laughed a lot, learned a thing or two and gained perspective! So thank you, Jump Start Hero - your people are awesome and I appreciate you - a hundred stars! I drove safely home over the bay bridge, and I should have been hella grumpy, but I humbly was not even sweating it.

Flat tire. Called Jump Start Hero and spoke with Dan, super kind and said he had someone available about 30min away. Chris came in 15min and switched my flat tire with the spare quickly. Very nice and friendly. So grateful I found JSH!

I cannot overstate what a great experience I had with Jump Start Hero! My car just died on a long drive back from San Jose up to Marin where I live. It went kaput on Van Ness at 3:30pm, heading into rush hour. After waiting for a tow for THREE HOURS from Triple A, I remembered I also had coverage with State Farm. (Hey, I'm busy, sometimes the details elude me!)

Within 30 minutes Jump Start Hero called to assure me that they were on the way. The person who helped me was SO KIND, SO POLITE, SO SAFTEY CONSCIOUS, I was so grateful after being in the cold for hours on Van Ness. My windows were rolled down when my car died so I was freezing, night was falling, and I was sitting in a so so area of SF hoping someone could help. But it being now 7pm, every tow company up until Jump Start Hero was unavailable.

Here's the kicker, when I was filling out paperwork in the cab, in the rush of grabbing my backpack, computer, and all my gear, my phone dropped on the cab of the Jump Start Hero tow truck.

My driver went 45 minutes out of his way at 9pm to get my phone to me at 9pm at night!!!!! Whaaaaat??????? Incredible! So wonderful! I was looking at a weekend with no phone and no car to go get it!

I told him he was a total angel, and I meant it.
